It doesn't make up for the abominable pay structure but good job reducing late reg in the Bigs to 1h 45m.

If they make the structure better with 15% paid and previous 2 hour of late reg ,there will be no problem with latereging for mincash since it woulnt be 100% sure like before and we will have better payouts structure ,bigger prizepool because of these 15mins more and we will be more happy but simply they dont care and are braindead.

Got a refund for the interrupted tournaments on Sunday. Accompanied by a rather strange message..

"We are aware of the issues that you and other players are experiencing and apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

As we consider you a valued player, we have issued a one-time good will credit of X$ to your account for the tournaments that were adversely affected.

While on this occasion we have been able to provide you with a refund for your losses, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case for future incidents you may experience. We therefore ask you to take the necessary measures to ensure a stable connection to our servers."

The last paragraph seems bizarre to me.

Well when they had problem with zoom tables i want a refund because this was unplayable but i didnt get ,7oad said that he had a refund for same tourney,so probably im not valued (only 200-300$ rake per month)

Theyve been sending out this exact message for 8 years. Back in the day when they actually gave you your money back when you lost your own connection.

To be clear, I asked for a refund, I had the same issues at $2 tables, but I didn't bother to as for that one and I didn't get one either.
