On pokerstars.it they always go on break around 3am CET and restart on Monday 9pm CET.

Hey guys, quick question. I have a pokerstars.com account that is Canadian. I am traveling through Europe and want to play, can I play on pokerstars.com from France or do I need to make a .fr account, or can I even?

.FR is gone, they amalgamated with .ES which you can play on

I don’t see the relevance. If people can show up and play at 9pm CET (whatever it corresponds to on their time zone), for sure they can be there 24h later for playing day2.

You really dont see how this is relevant? Are you aware that a lot of people don't work sundays but a lot of them have a job to attend on mondays?

So, it is the European guy getting to work on Monday sleepless as of now against the American one leaving work earlier on Monday afternoon to attend day2.
I am not mentioning Asian fellows because they seem to have a hard time grinding in any case.

Americans don't play on the main sites so they don't count but yeah having Day 2s would affect west coast canadians pretty badly they would still be at work so prob couldn't play Day 2

hey Luke, nice to see youre posting more frequently, also like some thing that u doing lately with the SERIESes, winter series was very good. just want to say that this statement isnt true, and its coming from a lowstakes player:

so low tiers in all series, is for the players, who can not play higher. who cant satty themselves to higher. either they play staked or they just dont want to gamble with sats.
also we lowstakes player like the exciteent too what is coming with the serieses like those on stars, we like to plan for it asap when its gets to lobby too. but if we see, ok we cant normally play any of the tourneys from the series, we lose excitement, i dont think we can plan for satties, its just not too exciting to think ok there is a good series, damn but wait, first i will have to win a lof of satties to play those events i want. hope u get it what i want to say. so i think for low stakes players without tiers (without low tiers) every series is boring, and if we miss more then one because there is no tiers, like highrollers, like now the turbo series, gets more boring. also dont think if any tiered series would get boring to higher stakes players either, they have their high buyins in every series, with decent guarantees, decent structures. everything else for them is a plus++, and pretty sure they dont mind if there is some low tiers too they can jump into

so
tiered series - exciting for whole player base, no one bored
no tiers in series - exciting for HS players only, others bored

can i have just one yes no answer if there is some series (either tiered, or something like micromillion based) series for lower stakes, like $2-to$11 sometimes in the next two month?

also one note on micromillions, its need to be include $8.80 and $11 tourneys, daily. we need them in the series, it was way less exciting to play MM without those.

America is Canada all the way down to the southern tip of Chile ;-)

But yeah, the reason times changed is because the US left the main sites, it just wasn't adjusted nearly enough to make sense.

Still a ton of Brazilians on stars which is close to the american timezones
