Hey everyone,
Mostly just preparing for the Anniversaries and Turbo Series at the moment, but thought I'd stop in and say hello.

There's a couple ways I look at this. If we wanted to make it so that literally everyone can participate (07:00 CET is really, really early!), the size of the Series has to increase significantly. If we do this, players will change their behaviour and it will cause suppression of participation in places we might not expect it. By sticking to peak time, not only do we get to maximize guarantees, but players will shift their plans to ensure they can participate. On the other hand, Series that do not rely on guarantees (MicroMillions) can offer more tournaments in more time slots.

High stakes guarantees were reduced for the duration of the PCA. We're in the process of reviewing guarantees across the board, so I would expect some changes from Monday.

Here is the problem though:
I do not believe the majority of poker players have the luxury of being able to target satellites in the way they necessarily want.
I can understand if you're concerned about voucher satellites cutting into the regular satellites where people start playing them instead, but I'm just not sure if that's entirely true in the sense that the majority of players are recs and some are slightly more serious recs who like to be able to go for big scores. While having hyper sattys lets them do that, we just can't be sure if more people or at least the same amount of people not cutting into your profit would play the slightly longer voucher sattys.
I guess it's hard to say as it is personal preference and you guys don't want to start making less money on sattys, but I'm just giving my perspective as someone who plays semi seriously but also has a schedule outside of poker, there are days I would love to fire up 10+ tournies, but the schedule does not allow me as the ones I want to play have already passed. Voucher sattys would allow me the flexibility to put in good volume every day and I think could help the following player profile:
Someone who is semi serious who can only put in 1 hour certain days or 3-4 hours other days aka someone that may love to play a tournament but scheduling will not allow them to play and thus they are relegated to what the immediate hour schedule (since they won't be able to finish the tounries they start after that) allows them to play
Theoretically you could be bleeding money to the competitors anyways as nobody can have an hour with tons of tournies that someone that can only play 3-4 hours can play, so voucher sattys may allow you to retain that individual to your website.
I could be speaking out of my ass and you may have better models than me in this case, but it's just a suggestion and one that I know I would love and seems like a few other people ITT have voiced a desire for.
Maybe you can title them "Zoom limit XYZ (Play Up To 300 Hands Per Hour!)" to bring in the fishies, if they see tons of hands and hyper, I think they should be interested or you guys could send an email explaining the new format and why they should play it, that would naturally convert people I'm sure.
I honestly think you guys could have good success running them hourly as everyone would love them, fishes get tons of action, regs can fit them in when there are lulls in their schedule (they're also quicker than reg zoom which can still take 3-4 hours to finish).
In this case, it isn't about modelling player behaviour, it is about results. Whenever we run ticket satellites that are player funded (not site funded), an overwhelming number of them go unused. As I've mentioned a couple times, we're looking into some quality of life improvements to tickets, as it is an area we haven't improved much over the past couple years. No solid plans, no promises, but it is certainly something I think about.
One other minor point: we recently started testing some Zoom Sit & Go satellites with 2 minute levels. Give them a try if you want!

Well I am not sure how much $ was previously TCOOP ME, like round 700$ or so and I never played TCOOP over 55$ I think, because its is turbo and mostly I dont have the gold. For a player, who grind 1.5$ SNG, there is no way to try to qualify to that big event. But for some tourneys up to 55$ if I feel good, I should try to. Like when there is a COOP series it depends what $ i have and what amount I can spent on. Sometimes I have between 400-900$ and I try to play all 27$ that I like and try to satellite to 55,109,215$ (9max non/ko) via deepest satellits. Most of the time I dont have separate roll for the series and I filter the sats that are in my bankroll range if I have the time to play, stay longer during the night and feel good.

Replying to both since they're somewhat similar...
The promotions during Turbo Series have been chosen because we want all players to feel included during the Series.

What is a way to solve this or have technical team involved ?
Whenever you have a technical issue, it is best practice to take screenshots, save logs (via the Help widget), and send it all to Support with a description of whats occurred. It will make its way to tech specialists who can either help you or raise a bug report.

And what about MicroMillions. You will run at least one version of the series this year? August?
MicroMillions is tentatively planned for the summer, but this far out I don’t want to commit and end up being wrong because of changing plans. Although we plan about a year ahead on Series, it’s a dynamic environment and plans sometimes change.

Thank you for pointing this out. We've corrected the error going forward. I believe we changed this tournament from Bubble Rush to a regular MTT and neglected to change the late registration time.

Apologies for this, it has been corrected and all players in yesterday's tournament had their rake refunded.
