Running all-ins twice would mean that games slow down because people will bust less quickly, therefore the lenght of a tourny will last a bit longer and I don't see Amaya getting behind this concept.

Also, stacks will get shallower and will gravely decrease gaming pleasure for all players.

I vote nay.

I believe they want to make us have as much variance as possible so they wouldn't implement run it twice anyways.

In theory, it's a good idea and cuts variance a lot but I think it takes away drastically from the nature of tourneys so I'll say don't do it anyways.

We have a deep stacks mtt which is long enough. Let's say if they add run it twice mtt it will have the same length as deep stacks. So I think it's ok to have just a few of them per day.

I'm not sure whether you're lying or are oblivious. KOs, specifically PSKOs, have been pushed/promoted more than another other tourni variant. KOs are taking over the schedule and have/had constant promotions ranging from bonuses (tickets added to BBs), incentives (being involved in card hunts/SNG promos), and just value (they have the highest GTDs, which are rarely lowered if not met.)

Run it twice MTTs is the dumbest thing ever. We don't need more stupid gimmick formats please just stop suggesting this crap, we need stars to focus on the actual schedule and improving it via promotions etc, not introducing some new crap which will divert attention, time and resources away from the more pressing issues.

There have been tons of good suggestions/feedback given lately (that Luke has asked for on various things) but, I can't actually recall him acting on any of it.

Seems to be a lot of 'lip service' (along with lots of excuses) being provided currently and very little of anything else.

He did add a $27 satellite to the supersonic as per my request but other than that I'm not sure he's added anything else. I guess I'm the lucky one. Any suggestions you want me to make on behalf of others? 😁

Not surprising to see Luke's answer on the mini super sized Sunday. Remember we suggested the minis ages ago and then had to fight tooth and nail to convince him to implement them. Took bloody ages. The mini sss is such an obvious win.

There is a clear agenda he will not budge from. The fact the 100% ko hasn't been changed yet shows how he thinks about our suggestions vs his. I used to try and post positive replies because I thought it would make a difference. This thread is so redundant it's changed me as well. Enjoy your holiday Luke lol!

regarding your answer on the mini SSS luke, can you give us some more details on why you think it should be a bad idea?
What about a different timeslot? What about some other new ideas like a Super Sized Saturday?

and you finally have to do something about the Fast Friday. It basically isnt a success at all and needs to be changed asap like the saturday 100%.
Everything pulls more players than a Special Turbo Zoom MTT.

Vanilla FO MTTs are the highest edge games that still run around the clock on PS. Be thankful you still have them. Amaya is doing everything it can to cut down edges across the board. Coming in here suggesting more vanilla FOs with longer levels is naive at best. This is obviously not something that is in Luke's hands. It's also why you're never going to see another big MTT promo on Stars. Any rec money that gets diverted from Spins or BTC to MTTs is lost money for Amaya.

I think run it twice format would be interesting only if the number of times we can use this option is limited to like only 1 or 2 times for the whole tournament. RIT everytime two players go all in.. I don't think that's an ideal format for a tourney.

i would like to see some kind of promo for nlo8 tournaments
i am recently playing a lot of these
you could do something to promote them
i really enjoy the hyper and especially the 11$ rebuy hyper
you should do some kind of promo to draw attention to these games
like a nlo8 week maybe a deposit bonus if you deposit 100$ you get a 11$ ticket or something like that
the nlo8 tournaments are great but please push them so that more people can enjoy them
