Hi all,

I'm participating in the partypoker high leaderboard this week, and noticed the leaderboard didn't count 3 of my cashes in the last 2 days.

I cashed the Highroller warmup on both days and didn't get any points, and cashed the Highroller turbo on tuesday and also didn't get any points for that. I checked a few other players who cashed those same tournaments and I am pretty sure they didn't get any points either.

This is obviously a big problem and I and others need to have our points added, and those tournaments need to be fixed for the rest of the week. I sent a couple e-mails to partypoker support but just got an e-mail back stating:


I did not get those points, and should have gotten a completely different amount of points anyway. So I decided to post here in hopes that the problem would be resolved quicker then.

Here's my own calculation of my points from the last 2 days using the points calculator on here https://www.partypoker.com/whats-goi...derboards.html :

After monday I should have been on 740.67 points, was on 638.24 points

rocky 5th place for 107.37 points

109$ psko 8th place for 82.19 points

uppercut warmup 7th place for 205.74 points

highroller warmup 9th place for 102.43 points

eliminator 7th place for 142.28 points

uppercut II turbo 8th place for 100.66 points

As you can see the points from the highroller warmup are missing.

After tuesday I was on 1652.06 points in the standings, so got 1013.82 points on the day.

cashes:

109 psko 8th place for 88.14 points

109$ psko 8th place for 93.11 points

HR warmup 23rd place for 92.88 points

uppercut warmup 37th place for 99.04 points

uppercut 71st place for 108.26 points

eliminator 13th place for 121.48 points

HR turbo 3rd place for 216.75 points

uppercut turbo 5th place for 173.96 points

HR 6th place for 222.46 points

uppercut II 10th place for 107.37 points

The total of those cashes excluding the HR warmup and the HR turbo add up to exactly 1013.82, while I should have gotten 1323.45 points yesterday.

So in total I'm missing 412.06 points, and many other players are also missing hundreds of points. Please get this fixed quickly

I have the exact same issue here. 100% sure I didn't receive points for:

Highroller warm up (152145079) 140.86 points.
Highroller Turbo (151205134) 101.31 points.

I am pretty sure that through some software bug since the new schedule this week the early and late highroller do not generate points. In the previous week this events did always count as any tournament that is not multiphase above 109 dollar should count.

I got also very poor help from support about this so far. Please fix this as quickly as possible instead of e-mails from support that doesn't make any sense at all.

Hi,

I've passed it on to the team, who are looking at it right now. I'm not involved in leaderboard at all so can't make some educated guess why it is like this, but we will resolve it asap and will be a fair result at the end.

Will post in here when I have more details.

I can confirm that this has happened before. There were some days earlier this year when highroller points didn't calculate at all for leaderboard.

Nice to see it is taken seriously though.

There were bugs in the leaderboards all summer - if a tournament started before one day and finished the next, players could win double points. Multiple people reported this and I'm not sure if anything was done.

Really shocking level of oversights considering 1.5 million was being awarded. You couldn't trust the marketing department to boil an egg.

Party support informed me in an email all points were awarded manually which is why there were pretty big delays for points being awarded. If that is in fact the case there were probably a ton of errors.

But as i said before i am pretty sure that since the new schedule this week this two events just don't generate points for some reason. it's not that difficult to find out if someone looks in to this seriously.

I don't know what happened in the past but since i play this leaderboards, (Nottingham Millions earlier this year and now for Punta Cana) i have never seen it before that certain tournaments don't count.

But the most important thing. It is now more than 48 hours ago since i contacted partypoker and i haven't got a serious reply.

At least let us know HOW the problem will be solved. I am expecting that
you will just give us the missed points because this is the most
fair and this is how it always was but if for some weird stupid reason the points don't count, let us know because there is no sense to keep (re)entering this 530 tournaments with very shallow stacks. It's increasing variance a lot for no reason.

So please give us a decent reply before tomorrow.

With regards to the above - thanks for the feedback and details provided
The relevant team have looked into the issue and resolved in full for next weeks leaderboard - the problem was an issue with the naming conventions and the system set up to track these... The corrections have been made so the one that starts next week will be fine.

In regards to this week and last:

• Last week: we will pay out the missing rewards to any players who missed out due to points accumulated incorrectly before EOD Friday
• This week: same as above but payout will be done by EOD Wednesday next week once the LB has finished

Please accept our apologies for the inconvincene
Feel free to PM myself usernames if you feel by EOD Friday you have not been correctly compensated

Thanks for the reply Colette. Good to see that all points will be awarded anyway. I will send you a list at the end of the week with all the points missing.

So does this mean, that the missing hr points from this week will be added manually after sunday or will they be added during the next days visible for all players? Would be good to know during the week how many "real points" the other players have compared to oneself, espacially when it will be close between package and non-package places.

cool thanks for the help! So we will get our points after all, and you will manually fix the leaderboard after this week has ended? And the next days the warmup and turbo highrollers also won't show up in the leaderboard, but will count eventually?

I am very sad to see how Partypoker solved this issue. As you can all see they promised us here on this forum and also to me in an private e-mail that all tournaments (missing rewards) will count and that by the end of Wednesday pay outs will be done correctly. However this didn't happen at all. Instead they did the pay outs on Tuesday (the original day) while not looking at the missing points at all. I finished in 6th (1k ticket) place on the original 'missing points' leaderboard but i was tracking the 'missing' points in one excel sheet myself and if you add them to the original points it is very clear that i finished in 5th (10k CPP package) place and should receive the package. When i realised this i immediately send an email about this to make make Partypoker aware of the fact that something went wrong. Instead of acknowledging their mistake they said that they claimed they had had a look into the missing points but they 'maybe' made some mistake. However they were not able to send me any details and they needed until the end of this week!! to double check the numbers. I find this very hard to believe. If calculations have been done before you should be able to send them to me straight away and second of all it is not expert level math to add up some numbers to see who has the most points. I am very sure i did this correct. And it really looked like that Partypoker did not do anything and if i would not have done the calculations myself i would have never ever got the package or realise i had the right to win it while i was one of the guys who made Partypoker aware of the fact something went wrong in their leaderboard anyway. It feels very strange for me to threat customers in this way so please make up for this fast as CPP starts soon and i need some time to sell my package.

I did those calculations too and from my calculation you would have been in 6th place either way, with or without hr points.

No wonder you react like this as you would be the one ending up in 6th place. But no hard feelings i think party should give us both a package as they fixed this very poor regardless.

It was an honestly answer, otherwise I wouldn´t write it. As I didn´t do it from the beginning (how could I know, that it might be important), I looked it up on OPR, which doesn´t show you cashing on Wednesday. If this wouldn´t be my calculation I would have definitly played the last tournaments different, as I wanted to make sure to win, however the rule will be at the end.

Yes as i said before i don't blame you, because things were very unclear for the beginning but i am sure that since the start of the week this 2 tournaments did not generate points. Even party rep confirmed this. So i am very sure my points are correct. But as i said they should just gave both of us the package for making such a big miss out of it.
