Optimal adjustments for non-ante 10min lvl MTT

Hi,
I'm a part of a group that runs a nightly $22 MTT. One of the softest in the world honestly.. people just punt bullets for fun and I'm up over $1500 (they are about $1k GTD's).
The format is weird (it's on an app that they chose) and it has no antes, 10 min levels with 10k starting.
What are some adjustments outside of stealing less frequently and playing tighter that I can implement to further my edge in these games?
They just added a leaderboard with $5k cash up top, twice a year.

Simply play extremely tight, not much else to say. At the final table especially with no antes and people punting you will print $EV every time you click fold.
