It's incomprehensible to me. I clearly wrote to the support or can I just move to Austria and can I continue to play on this account? They answered me that yes and now my account is closed? They didn't even give me money from my winamax account. I am Diamond status, I do not want to lose this account as I moved to Austria because of it.

Unfortunately the sites are paranoid about offering games in banned jurisdictions as it hurts future chances of licences. Obviously this was handled badly. I would try their twitter and social media and go from there.

A fix is needed here. Everytime I sit in a table, there is a box to check or uncheck to make you wait for the big blind. There are some cases that i want to wait it and there are others where i do not want (for example when the button just passed over me). The bad thing here is that if i check it, then it is checked for all the tables i just opened and it also remembers that last choice, so some sometimes i see myself putting the BB in the middle of a round and it makes me lose the BB and also makes me look like a complete fish. So it would be cool if you could fix it, as all the other sites.

Once I registered I noticed that there is a deposit limits: 600 daily, 1500 weakly, 3000 monthly which is definitely not enough for my goals.

So I submit request to increase my limits not only using standard site's mechanism but also sending clarification email to the support explaining basically the same things I'm explaining right now. After unclear answer guiding me to winamax.fr/en (I play at .es; great job support!) to set up time limits (which I did) I finally got the "no" answer.
