I have 2 of them and cant even use them in regular 125e MTTs.

I won them after i had already qualified into day 2 of the 125e milly so couldnt even use them

I got this response from support:

But i did play day 2 of the the 3M, so now waiting for a new response..

haha just noticed that my ticket dissapeared and i have 125e more on my account.

anything but a conversion to real money would be outright theft (having played that 125€ tourney)

Three weeks ago I registered an account with email vorkun23@gmail.com, but I still cannot confirm my mailing address.
I'm from Ukraine (thus all utility bill are in Ukrainian ) and I understand that support do not accept documents which are not in English as well as bank statements.
Therefore I sent a photo of my international insurance to the support. There is my full name as well as my full mailing address in that insurance, and also there is an official stamp of the insurance agency.
But the support didnt accept this document (I dont know why). At the moment the quarantine (Covid-19) is on in my country and I physically can't translate and legitimize other documents that support requsted (certificate of residence of your municipality, taxes or some other public authority)
Please help to solve this issue. I can personal message photo of this insurance. Thank you!

PS Winamax sent a letter with code to my mailing address, but I still din't get it. I have to confirm the address by 27th of April. Otherwise my accout will be closed, so thats Im asking you to help me to proof my address in time.

I think it s time you change your main event.

Have multiple a Day 1s during the week and run the day 2 on SUNDAY!

Everyone plays sunday already so you dont need a Main event to get people to play more MTTs. However if you have a Day 1 every day ( or Tues Thursday Friday Saturday ) , it will incite players to log on and play some sessions more.
This will also allow you to boost the guarantee a lot more without much effort.

And as others said , you can easily run a 100e 150k single day event every sunday.

I'm confused. They eliminated rakeback because of spanish legislation during covid. How are all of you still playing, talking about tournament schedules and no one is mentioning it?

Is every single one of you playing on the fr platform?

Could you post a link or write a few sentenes about the key facts of your statement? I googled "Winamax rakeback spain" but did not receive any meaningful results ..

I just checked my cashier and I suppose I can still buy stuff in the boutique.

Spanish government prohibited any kind of gambling "promotions" or anything that can be seen as that, rakeback counts, for the duration of the State of alarm that is going on. Nobody knows how long this will be or if everything gambling related will go back to normal once this ends, afaik.

Players can still spend their points from the website but they can no longer accumulate them on the tables.

After years of having max 1 re-entry in all your daily tournaments, can you explain why they are unlimited re-entry now?
That's a terrible move specially during times like these. I think you should change that decision as soon as possible to protect players and the ecosystem long term.

I get it in the Winamax main events and those other unique MTTs, but in the daily Battle Royal or Highrollers , it s ridiculous.

I wonder why Winamax is showing the win-% wrong during all-ins and if it correlates with the actual card randomization.

Issue
AKo vs 88 is shown in the poker client as 41% (AKo) vs 58% (88).

According to the Texas Holdem Odds Calculator this scenario is actually a 45% (AKo) vs 55% (88) situation.

Am I am missing something? .. I find it hard to believe that a serious poker software holds such an obvious bug.

I made day 2, busted but only got the bounties I won on day1. If I had busted in day1 before we reach day2 I would have gotten more because there was a money bubble. Day 2 had no payout table published.

no. there will be new payouts on day 2 and they will be shown when all the flights are finished, youre itm already

I played day 2. Payouttable: There is no prizepool yet. I busted and the popup window showed I won my bounties but nothing else. In the lobby the busted players were shown 0$ + bounty $.

hey, the site and poker has been offline for the whole day for maintenance. did we know this prior? I receive all the winamax emails about every promo but i did not get any notice about the offline time today, messed up my mtt grind pretty nicely.
