When I log in into their site I get some notifications saying

Maybe they are working on it? Next time it's different hands and it doesn't seem to have an end. Would be the weirdest thing I've seen if it's just some form of hand history...

welp you closed my account winamax, i changed my address, recieved no verification code went to log on and account is GG!

were is the money that was in my account? has that been stolen by winamax? ive emailed like 5 times no response dave ive been a loyal winamax customer for years played 6-7k mtts on your site totaling 100s of thousands speant on mtts! a little ****in feedback would be grand

Was just reimbursed for the 1k and the 150 main event. Was NOT reimbursed for the XTASE, reason being I won the tournament even though I was sitting out for 1hour+.

"There is no denying that losing any amount of chips can have an impact on your result, however any equity lost is not sufficient for us to refund you as goodwill gesture."

They are claiming a "malfunction" occurred, and that the problem is now solved. No reference whatsoever to my question why this is happening time and time again.

After further verification of the Main Event #116767596 and the Grand Tournament #119772590, we are unfortunately unable to reimburse you the buy-ins for these events as your disconnection did not directly cause you to lose the tournament. There is no denying that losing any amount of chips can have an impact on your result, however any equity lost on this occasion is not sufficient for us to refund you.

However, due to your fidelity and as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a €300 ticket which can be used to play the Highroller:

Winamax is an absolute joke. The only thing worse than not refunding all buy-ins is promising to refund those buy-ins and then decide not to do it two days later. This is just completely unacceptable.

Can a rep here please respond to this, and safe what is left of the sites reputation.

If last mail stand, it is truly both amateurish and malicious action from Winamax and I believe you should have a strong case against them should you complain to their regulators.

Winamax_Dave, can you confirm or deny if these actions represent Winamax official code of conduct?

Was thinking to return to Winamax to play a handful of tournaments but after reading last replies... no.

i emailed them too, they basically told me to gtfo because i cashed the tourneys i was playing while the lags/constant disconnects occurred

can we get a mtt schedule update from you guys? every other site is working on their schedule, you have the same for years.

suggestions:

1. move payback an hour later. as it is now it rarely starts anymore, but if you move it one hour later it will start almost always. i don`t have room for it as it is, but i would play it one hour later every time.

2. have xtrem in the week as well, not only sundays. same timeslot, put a 10k gtd on it for monday / tuesday, 8k wed-thu, 5k fri-sat, just to be safe. but it would def grow and there is room for it. a lot of regs would open your client earlier if that would be the case, and probably the 50s that you have near the same timeslot would also grow. as it is now a lot of people start the grind on your site with xtase, and you`re missing out.

+1, you gotta do something winamax, me as a full time mtt grinder are not opening the client on weekdays until xtase starts and I usually start my grind 5 hours earlier than that. (I play 70 tourneys on Stars everyday and 3 on winamax, Cmon you can do better.)

Would love to see a comment about the constant table change thing.

I've been playing online poker for 10 years now, so I've played on all the networks going, as well as such exemplars of poker software programming as entraction, cryptologic, UB, everest, and tribeca, and I've never been moved tables as often as on Winamax. It doesn't seem possible that they all knew something that you still don't, so what is the problem?
