I do not personally have access to all the information our tournament planners use to schedule our events, however this remains a popular tournament and aside from a few people (and always the same few) on forums asking for the day to be changed, they (as I've said previously) remain unconvinced of a need to make this change.

This doesn't mean however that I'm not passing on your feedback, which they are of course taking into consideration.

They cancelled event 1 & 2 so there's gonna be refunds on those. Expect the money in your account in 72h. You gotta check their T&C on how refunds work.

It would be nice to provide source when saying something like this, they mentioned it on their twitter.

Now I can close that damn software and stop worrying about it, it's enough it wasted 90 minutes of my attention.

I heard lots of complaints from my friend. I was too busy with PartyPoker having same problems to share your pain

For the coming week, I would certainly like to know if problems are fixed for good. Because I actually planned to play in Series as well.

Another note, maybe you should bring up some low stack tournaments. Currently I play 0 regular tournaments in Winamax, due to extremely time-consuming structure. Although deep starting stacks in general are good, there should be some 1,5k / 3k starting stack turbos / hypers and especially, turbo / hyper rebuys. Especially if they would show up around 23:00 - 03:00 CET, I would be more than glad to play them I also believe that most players ending their daily tournaments (one / two-tabling last ones) or wishing to have a quick poker entertaiment would agree.

For more tangible wishes, here are few, times are CET:

23:00 CET, 5€ Turbo Rebuy 6 min blinds (starting stack 3000, rebuys 3000, add-on 10000, 60 min rebuy-time) 1000€
23:30 CET 10€ Turbo Rebuy 6 min blinds (starting stack 3000, rebuys 3000, add-on 10000, 60 min rebuy-time) 1000€
00:15 CET 2€ Hyper rebuy 3 min blinds (starting stack 3000, rebuys 3000, add-on 10000, 30 min rebuy-time) 400€
00:45 CET 5€ Turbo Rebuy 6 min blinds (starting stack 3000, rebuys 3000, add-on 10000, 60 min rebuy-time) 1000€
01:45 CET 3€ Hyper rebuy 3 min blinds (starting stack 3000, rebuys 3000, add-on 10000, 30 min rebuy-time) 300€

I don't so much care about guaranteeds, numbers are just suggestions for start. I don't except you to install all of these at once, but I hope that you'll find a wisdom to at least test these. I believe that they would do a great addition to your poker calendar and also give something to play for those players who last long in regular tournaments starting around 20:00-22:00 CET.

And I promise that I would play most of these tournaments more than 10 times a month (make all 7 to happen and that's more than 70 tournament entries per month ) Probably I would then play other tournaments too.

Don't change the structures please. If you want to play turbo's just play on stars.
