If you wish to cancel a cash out you need to a send an email to support@winamax.com requesting this. Cash outs are usually validated within 24 hours so you must contact us as quickly as possible or it will be too late.

hey dave my usual upload method to winamax is via moneybookers/skrill when i click to upload its just coming up debit card option only whats going on is this a change in policy or what?

will have to not play there in this case as i dont want my bank statement to read x amount uploaded to poker site doesnt look good imo

We still offer all the same deposit methods. Simply select the one you want from the options beneath the deposit form.

its only giving the option to upload via debit card, ive tried 3 other regualars from different areas on the site and another irish reg and all are coming back with the same story dave :|

Are you doing so from one of our game clients (if so which one?) or on the website? Can you take a screenshot?

The deposit page has been changed yesterday to show credit card as the default option, however the other options are still available and are found below the deposit form.

so i can still deposit throught the website just not the client? thats fine if so going to check now thanks sir

edit: it gives me all the available options via the website just not the client maybe have a look at it dave as alot have reported the same

Could we get one single ***Official Winamax MTT Thread*** or without MTT specified? Pain in the ass following these.

Haven't been playing in Winamax for a while. Maybe you should bring some rebuy-tournaments with not so ridiculously huge stack sizes to your MTT-program?

I would not recommend Winamax for anyone living outside France with 4 or more names, basically it´s impossible to validate your account and every time you login into their website they keep remind you that after 30 days they will froze your account and not refund your balance if you don´t validate your account.
The support keeps sending the same email every time:

"Unfortunately, we are unable to validate your ID as the names on the document provided do not exactly match the information you provided when you registered with Winamax. Please note, we require only your surname and first name.

Please update the information on your Winamax account and then re-send us a copy of your ID for validation.

I updated my details using my complete name and only first and last name and their answer is always the same.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Normally just putting your first and last names should be sufficient, however if any of your names are joined by a "-" and you only enter one of them, this may cause it to be refused.

no 4 max on a sunday in the up and coming series ffs 6 series this has been asked for 1 x

Indeed a few people do complain about this and we try to please everyone as much as possible but we can only give you the same answer as every other time this issue is raised: whether you personally like them or not, there is a demand for these tournaments and we want to vary the formats on offer for each day of the series. If the day/time/format/buy-in doesn't suit you for any of the events in the series, why not save the cash to buy-in to a different event instead?

fwiw i love 4max mtts but they require alot more attention as your in 80%+ of pots and when playing a few other tables it becomes a hassle to have it open and subdays the day we have most open

agree that sunday is the worst day to have a 4max MTT. i def think it deserves its place in your series but please reconsider the day you run it on.

For sure it just takes way too much focus a 4m mtt on a sunday while everyone is playing 50%+ or even more mtts than any other given day. I love 4max but do it on a saturday or friday pls.

Our tournament planning team have analysed all the data we've collected from previous Series to ensure that we offer the tournaments that people want to play. While it's true that many people play a large number of tournaments on Sundays, there are also a great many players who restrict themselves to only a few or even just one or two tournaments at a time. We want to ensure that all players have an opportunity to play as wide a range of tournaments as possible.

However, it's simply not possible to please everyone all of the time, and for that reason there are going to be certain events that you may not want to play for any number of reasons, in this case, the game type impeding your ability to play all the other tournaments you want to play at the same time.

nobody is asking to remove the tournament. a lot of regulars will skip this event on a sunday while they'd gladly play a 9, 8 or even 6max tournament instead. and a lot of regulars would play this tournament on a different day.

do you have data that supports that players who only play a few tables absolutely want this tournament _on a sunday_? they can still play it on lets say monday and everyone will be happy. it just doesnt make sense to me to run it on the busiest day of the week and its something for example pokerstars never does with their 4max events.

i understand if youre not going to change it for the upcoming series but please reconsider it for the future. sure the tournament is somewhat popular but that is because anything with a decent guarantee will be popular on a sunday during a tournament series. im a 100% sure that switching the 4max event with a weekday event would lead to a combined bigger field in the 2 respective tournaments.

I've never seen a poker site so god damn stubborn over a tournament that doesn't even amount for 0.0005% of their revenue, during a very popular series.

Just give it a damn try this series, how much can you lose by doing that if we're wrong ? What's the point in being so INCREDIBLY dull and stubborn , bordering asinine, when it's a tournament that will LIKELY draw MORE people by being moved on a different day of the week ?

Put it Friday evening.... plenty of recreational players on then, plenty of regs play then as well !

I understand your frustrations, however we listen to our community as a whole and make our decisions based on their feedback as well as using information gathered from previous Series to determine how best to organise our events.

All your feedback is passed on to our tournament planning team and is taken into consideration, however the negative feedback about this tournament has so far not been sufficient enough to convince them of a need to move it to a different day.

It's not too late to change the fixed limit structure... start at 200/400 instead of 50/100. Add some of those early levels somewhere later if you want to make the structure better. As it stands the levels are 10 minutes and the first 5 levels are pretty damn pointless. In other words, you're gonna get 1 elimination in the first hour and then the structure turns into a crapshoot really quickly.

Did you get any POSITIVE feedback on it being on Sunday ?
I doubt anyone wants it on sunday, they probably just want it on schedule and any other day would be just as good if not better.

It's just common sense to move it to another day really, boggles my mind that you would put it there in the first place.
