Is there a way to open tables without the history tab? Its annoying to always close the history window on the right side every time I open a new table.

Hi there,

This option can be found in the software options of the client. Go to:

Tools > Options > Table > Display > Expand sidebar for new tables

Disable this option and it will no longer automatically show the history/chat at your tables.

Hey Dave,

It seems that there is some kind of bug that prevents me from turning off special table themes(like THE FIEVRE one). It is turned off in options but still shows with the custom mod which is too flashy for my liking.

Could you forward this to the tech team to look it up, it's not unplayable but annoying?

Nope I've played for months without custom themes. This thing happened with last update probably.

^ Ok so I found how to disable the themes. In the options you have to check "Activate unique table themes" so then when at the table you have the option to disable it. Kinda confusing but it worked

Major dis-connects today.
Planned decent size grind with small stakes mtts.

Into the second game the dc's started (ok with other poker sites though)
Reset computer at break, game still broke.
So stopped regging, only in 1, 10e booster, but annoying...

All the tournaments that experienced technical problems on 02/11/2014 between 22:35 and 23:10 CET will be reimbursed according to our terms and conditions.

The reimbursements will be made automatically within the next 72 hours.

Should you not receive your reimbursement after this time, please contact support stating the precise date and time of play, the buy-in of the tournament and the name/reference number of the table played at.

We're very sorry for this situation and hope to prevent it occurring again in the future.

Why are players able to chat while someone is all in? Pretty annoying, a while ago two players at my table discussed my range for shoving the river while I was all-in. It was pretty harmless but still, seems more fair to block chat when someone is all in.

playing in a 1k tournament which is 6max and then having 17 bbs and coming back with 6 or 7 is just insane.

What? The tournaments played out? Thats insane if this is true.

I was deep in 2 tournaments, quit waiting after 3 hours. The games werent even in the lobby anymore.

This is outragious if this is how you handle such a big mistake on your side. I dont see any reimbursements + I should get ICM value for the tournaments I was deep in at least..

What the hell?

Just read the T&C:
b) If paid winners have not yet been determined and late registration to the tournament is closed, one half of the prize pool is shared out equally between the remaining players and one half of the prize pool is shared out prorata in function of each player’s remaining chips. The commission (rake) is also refunded to the remaining players: all players still in the tournament are therefore guaranteed to receive at least the original buy-in (commission included).

So I guess this is how you're going to handle most of the tournaments that crashed during play?

Has anyone else had a problem with a Winamax software bug that post you as "away" during a hand? I was playing a tournament last week and the software posted me as away on the river in a crucial hand (38 BB pot close to the bubble), I was still able to see all the action but the "sit back in" button did not work, the opponent bet min and he won the hand

I had to reopen the table to fix the problem a few hands later. I was also playing on other poker sites without any problem, so it was definitely not my internet connection.

Yes I've also experienced that.

Actually, the "sit in" function is a joke. When you press that it should obviously sit you in instantly, regardless of situation. As it is now, when you click it it's slow as hell with some intermediate state and the text "Attempting to sit in....." is showing. It's slow and buggy, so you often miss the action after been sitting out.
