Please make the breaks like all other sites, winamax always resumes way before all the others and it's a nightmare. Give the full 4 mins from when the action finishes on the last table in that tourney , there's been times where we literally get 30 sec break.

It will make grinding on ur site much more enjoyable

Hi H0LDiT,

I have checked with our tournament planning team and can confirm that play recommences on the hour. We feel that it is better for all tournaments to continue at the same time rather than one by one as the breaks come to an end.

They have been made aware of your suggestion and I'm sure that if this is a popular consensus amongst the players that a change may be considered.

I emailed support and they also said to do this. I did all the steps, ccleaner etc but it is still happening sometimes. I do not have a firewall. If it happens and I close the program then open it again then it is fine again but obviously this is not ideal when playing 10 or 20 tables over multiple sites.

Sometimes one table will freeze/die and others keep working??!

p.s. where can you see the series leaderboard? Thanks

event 65 says it is $5 bounties, but the tournament says "€35+15"

Hi SamN,

Yes, that is right. I've checked with our tournament manager and he has confirmed that it is €10 bounties and €5 rake, not the other way round. The changes have been made to the descriptions in the software too.

Hey Dave. I just inverted my names by mistake(first name with the last name). I'm from Romania and here we put the surname first. I can not edit my name and the support team doesn t seem to get back at me. Can't they change it for me or delete the account and recreate it(I never got to play on the account).

This bonus is only valid for new accounts making their first deposit to Winamax.

If your first deposit is €100 and you then make a sports bet of €100 and it loses, you will be refunded the €100 upon completion of the account validation process.

If you want to use our sports betting you're going to need to be able to read French as this is the only language it's available in.

You can find it by changing the language on our website to French and then going to "Paris Sportifs" in the menu at the top.

yup. i posted on tues 20min after it was scheduled to start. table didnt pop up, didnt show up under my tournaments, also didnt appear in visible in my lobby. i asked a few friends and they also couldnt see the 50e day2 last tuesday
