On your first question, this sounds like a bug. There is no limit to access to your notes or searches from the table that I am aware of.

I would normally advise you to reinstall our software as well as Adobe Air to ensure that you are completely up to date.

For the final table themes, the devs are aware of this and I am sure that it will be considered as a future improvement although whether it will be added or not, I cannot say.

We have not experienced any server problems yesterday and your problem is most likely to come from your connection. That being said, if you PM me your table name I can check out your account history with support to see if there is anything unusual.

Why are my miles decreasing on my account i had about 800 odd at some point today then i play about 50 20 euro SNGS and now i have 770

Just noticed that the old forum is no more anyway I dropped u a pm but thought I'd post the issue here also see if anyone else having the problem.

Currently when I try to install the mobile app I get the error .problem while parsing the file or something to that effect.

A quick Google check shows its to do with the fact the app is from a untrusted source so I checked the box like I did on my old android device but still get the message

Anyone any ideas or fixed same issue my phone is a motarola G UK handset.

As far as I am aware this is simply a display bug. The amount actually on your account should be the correct amount.

On some of the last three times I have played on winamax I have been having big problems with lag and disconnections.

Please note that playing on other poker sites at the same time is fine, as is web browsing etc so it is not a problem with the internet.

The tables will often disconnect; action will be on a player and the red timebank will count all the way down and then freeze.

I can click an action sometimes and I will have been disconnected, sometime after putting a large number of chips in the pot.

If I close the winamax program and open it again then it works again, but obviously this is not viable to do many times in a session with other tables on the go

Also if I leave the software sometimes it says "disconnected" and fixes it self, sometimes not.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the software twice but no luck.

Any ideas?

Anyone know what happens when u win a seat to an event that has started... just shipped a 10 euro sat to event 1, account balance doesnt seem to have changed and I have no ticket, so confused.

it probably regged you for a later comp. I won one for event 1 and it regged me fo event 47

That is sucha joke, ended up assuming they added it to roll and buying in direct, barely ever play 100s but fancied a shot.

Why should i be expected to scour the looby loking for the random event youv'e registered me for instead, I didnt satty into event 47 I sattied into event one so why am I auto reg'd for 47, I'm now 100 down and have a 100 ticket which is pretty useless to me.

It is possible that your firewall is causing issues with your connection to our network. If you use a firewall, please check that port 443 is active.

You could also try using a program such as CCleaner to completely wipe the Winamax software off your system before reinstalling. This is usually more effective than a simply reinstall.

When a satellite does not end before the target tournament has begun, then you are automatically registered for a similar tournament.

You are free to unregister from this tournament should you so wish and receive the ticket to your account.

There is no need to search the lobby manually for a tournament you are registered for. You can simply tick the "My games" option at the bottom of the lobby.

I apologise for any inconvenience you have experienced however we are not able to refund your €100 buy-in on this occasion.

I figured I'd give Winamax a shot again with the Winamix series running and realized quite soon why I stopped playing. If I mix it in with other sites and I'm not active on one of the Winamax tables they won't pop up from the Winamax stack, causing me to time out all the time. I do have "pop up active table" checked, but it just doesn't seem to work when active on other sites.

Anyone else have this problem, or a solution apart from 3rd party software?

I'm not asking for the buyin to be refunded, I'm asking for the ticket to be swapped for cash, essentially it will be like I used the ticket to buy in to event 1 which I would have done if Id known I had it.

I just assumed the cash had been added to my roll like stars does, why run satellites to specific events if your just going to plonk the winner into any random event and expect them to know they have to unregister.

Seems like your just looking to increase runners int he series any which way possible even if you have to deceive people, if I wanted to play event 47 I would of sattied into event 47, I sattied into event 1 so expect to be put into event 1, I wouldn't expect to play a satellite to the Sunday warm up and then be chucked into the million if the warm ups started. Makes no sence at all.

Please make the breaks like all other sites, winamax always resumes way before all the others and it's a nightmare. Give the full 4 mins from when the action finishes on the last table in that tourney , there's been times where we literally get 30 sec break.

It will make grinding on ur site much more enjoyable

I understand what you are asking however this just isn't possible. It is good practice to ensure you are aware of any sites individual policies concerning satellites before playing them as not everyone is going to operate in the same way.

Our satellites are planned to allow players to qualify and then play in the target tournament, however if the satellite lasts longer than expectations and ends after the target tournament has begun, then our system automatically registers you for a similar event instead.

We know that not everyone will want to then play the alternative event and so you can simply unregister and receive the ticket to your account instead.

Normally the satellite you played would have finished with plenty of time to spare before the target event and we can't help the fact that it lasted longer than we had planned in our scheduling. To be clear you did indeed receive the €100 ticket as advertised in the tournament lobby.

Ultimately it was your decision to then register for the Event 1 tournament using the cash in your account.

I sympathise with you however we are not able to make an exception on this occasion.

I'm sorry that I can't give you a more favourable answer.
