HM2 hud doesnt work with Winamax since today, is it intended to be like that or needs update?

The problem is caused by a changed hand history folder.

New hand history folder:
C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\wam.04351C371E530C37 62CBA45FA283ED972DCDEFB6.1\Local Store\documents\accounts\xxxx\history

If you go to "Site setup" in HM2 and set new auto import folder properly HUD works again.

Winamax did it, they made me go absolute batshit because of their customer support, or rather lack of.

A couple weeks ago I created an account on winamax to play MTTs there, after creation I immediately deposited 500€. Then they ask me for proof of identity and address. No problem, I send them my passport, accepted within 10 minutes and I also send them address verification(Letter from insurance). Declined with automated email. Ok, I send them shareholding info. Declined with automated email. I send them info of the National Insurance of Malta. Declined with automated email. I send them proof of the Job Agency in Malta, a document that I need for my residence card there. Declined.

At this point I am out of documents, I don't have utility bills in my name, they are done over my landlord, which apparently is a thing in Malta. At this point I am thinking of how to proceed, I made several accounts a partypoker account, a GGPoker account, a coinbase account with these documents and it was never a problem. I am like well whatever, I can't be bothered anymore, please close the account and charge back my money.

We can't do that without address verification, that is the last email I receive from them.. At this point I am kind stunned, they are going to close my account in a month, have given me no info on how to proceed and only answer with templates and automated mails. I am like they can't just keep my money right? So I am preparing a complaint to the french legislator and have to fight my to French only sites and apparently this is a legal requirement.

So all they had to do at this point was telling me via mail that the code is on the way and that this is a legal requirement, instead they ignored my emails after declining 5 documents including various government documents and made me wonder what the **** is happening.

So after 1.5 weeks the letter arrives, I actually cancelled plans to get off the island for this because I read that various people never got their money back, because the letter never arrived due to Covid delays. I am obviously pissed, their software and website is **** and in French only. After literally fuming and being blind of rage I manage to verify my address, I am finally free and can withdraw from this **** site. Right?

Nope, now they want proof of my bank account.

Well ok log into my bank account, download a statement, make screenshot of it, blacken out details, upload it and be done.

Nope declined with an automated email in French telling me I need "RIB". What the **** is RIB? No details on their site, so I have to google, it apparently is a french thing. Never heard of it in Germany, nor in Malta, never needed it for anything else.

So now what? Their customer support is probably enjoying that I am absolutely fuming because I have spend over 15 hours so far trying to make this work at this point all I write them is insults, because they ignored my polite emails just hitting me with templates and no explanations whatsoever.

On Google I see actual reviews where people never their money back, maybe they didn't try hard enough and spend 40+ hours to do it, I will though.

Don't play on Winamax if you are not French or rather don't play there at all, they clearly don't care about customers as this seems to happen regulary:

We apologize for the difficulties you have been experiencing on our platform.

Unfortunately, we can only accept specific proof of address documents in accordance with French regulations.

As you mentioned in your post, an alternative is also to send you a code by post in order to verify your address. This should have been mentioned to you via email and after creating your account and sending your documents. In regards to the time for postage, we unfortunately cannot control the amount of time any postal service will take to deliver your letter, as these are sent via the national post service.

A RIB is simply an official bank document including your IBAN and full name.

Please note that the website language can be changed to English if you scroll to the bottom of the page and change it using the scroll menu.

Please also note that any funds left on Winamax accounts are not kept by the Company, but are sent to the French Gaming authorities after a certain period of time.

Should you require further assistance, please provide me with your username.

Very amateur move depositing money onto the site without fully verifying beforehand. That's why they can't just " send you your money back"

Ireland and UK banned. Netherlands is fine last time I asked. Very surprised it's banned in Malta thought it was fine for there?
Re Ukraine that's most likely an oversight unless Hood says otherwise.
The thing is, I'm Ukrainian, I have fully verified WM account, and is planning to move somewhere for the winter. Access to Winamax from the warm country would be a great bonus

Anyone plays Winamax from Malta? Is it available from there? Is it allowed by WM support with no possible further restrictions?

Does anyone know how to show a single card when folding to your opponent (in a hu pot I mean)? E.g. folding your hand and showing to a river bet.

I have automuck on, but my understanding was that if you click on a single card so that it moves up and you fold your hand that way that card would show, but it doesn't seem to be the case?

Winamax froze my account five days ago and I have sent like 10 emails to them without an answer. They are accusing me of table blocking.
Does anyone know how I could contact them or how long it might take. They usually answer me always on the same day.
I am starting to get a little bit worried I have about 15k frozen on the account.

Happy new Year winamax

Winamax has a great mobile app.
In app, there are multiple nice choises for card themes, card backs etc.

But in client have those same old cards of which only one set os decent, standart white cards, 4color deck.

Please winamax, add those same options to a client also.

Thanks for ruining the software, this always happen with all the good stuff! And worst thing is they are complete close to any suggestions! (at least on twitter)

- No cascade mode, only stack and mosaic, they believe every player have a 50 inch monitor apparently
- PT4 not showing after first hand, you have to wait like 10 hands for the HUD to pop up
- The stupid playground won't let you move a window if there are more than 8 tables
- Lobby not showing the last tab you used or that you always use (example: cash tables)
- Not allowing to mute specific sounds
- Not showing the total of money you have when playing, only shows the remaining
- Animations of cards for the eureka are useless and make the soft lag pretty quick
- CMD+H command to hide PT4 does not work, you have to minimize PT4 to not show it, is not allowing to hide it
- To see miles you have to go to the webpage, also for the total of money, not as the old one which let it see in site

Hello, is anyone also playing on a MacBook and running Windows via Bootcamp? Since the update, I have been unable to login into the Software. I am already in contact with the support since Saturday but it's still not working. Also running the new Software via MacOS was not working.

I try to start the software and the only thing displayed is a black screen instead of the login screen.

Whoever designed this new "software" should be fired and never allowed again near a computer. Whoever gave the OK for it to be the only available client should be fired for it's sheer incompetence.

It was the most unpleasant experience of my playing carreer (8+ years) to load this pathetic attempt of "modernizing" things, without giving option to play in the old client (which was excellent btw).

Congratulations you just lost a long time Diamond VIP level costumer. I will never subject myself to play on this sorry excuse of a "software". I know you don't care since your support is inexistent but just wanted to vent my frustration at this idiocy.
