So, if it isn't possible to register without an IBAN then why wouldn't they simply say that in the first email? Why would they waste my time for 2 days? Keep in mind that Thailand was in the list of countries accepted in the registration menu in the drop-down list. What a bizarre group of humans they are.

If anyone is wondering why poker isn't growing just imagine you are a new player signing up at Winamax and trying to navigate this labyrinth of ******ation.

Yes you have a bank account but it's not a bank account with the European criteria that their regulator requires, and they use IBAN instead of SWIFT, they've told you that multiple times. You can holler and bloviate all you want, but the bank account that you want to use is not acceptable. But...

They've given you the only other alternative which is with Skrill. If you don't have a Skrill account then simply get one.

If you don't want to get a Skrill account which is your prerogative then from what I can see, you won't be able to open an account with Winamax.

Anyways, good luck with it.

Perhaps you missed the point of my post. You asked me to post the emails so I did. I'm not looking for any advice, I've already given up. I don't care and I don't even want to play there TBO. The only issue I have with them is why they dragged it out for 2 ****ing days when they could have answered my first email with a "Sorry, you cannot register a bank account unless you have an IBAN". I also wonder why they have Thailand on their list of countries but no bank in Thailand has an IBAN. Really bizarre.

Nope, they weren't. They in no way answered the very specific question I had about IBAN. Their first response was to waste my time and send me to a web site that I was already at and I was having trouble completeing the registration. The second email still didn't answer my question and tried to send me to Skrill. Like I said, they wasted my time for 2 days when they could have answered me in the 1st email that I would not be able to register my bank without an IBAN

Maybe it is me that is living in a different dimension?

Ok I got it. You're correct, they don't say it in the first email about the IBAN but say it in the last email.

But they probably assumed you knew that, but once they realized you didn't they did answer the IBAN issue once they knew that is specifically what you were asking. Seems harsh to completely disregard them over this but that's your choice.

Yeah. The reason I asked them for help in the first place was I thought that maybe they could manually enter my bank account info. At the end of the day not a big deal, I can still play on Stars, 888, Unibet and a few others. Thanks for your interest and input.

It all started on October 15, 2018, when I received an e-mail about the permanent ban of my account, allegedly for the use of prohibited programs, without having any reason, without warning and any investigation! I spent two weeks trying to get any clear answer, some of my e-mails were simply ignored. As a result, I had to record a video where I had to play 2000 hands cash games, but I'm a tournament player and cash tables play very rarely! But I provided the necessary video. A week has passed, no information about the results of the check has been received. I decided to find out about the results myself. First my e-mail as usual was ignored, the second they said that I passed the test. Support just FORGOT to tell me the results of the test!!!

Poker's my job. Because of the ban I lost the opportunity to earn money for a month, as I am an honest player and kept all my bankroll in the poker room! The security service can not identify scammers so they just decided to ban players who play plus, as in the same period, exactly the same e-mails and bans received and other players.

But that's not all, December 17, 2018 I was unable to log in to your account, my three e-mails to support remained unanswered. I asked ARJEL for help and only after that they replied that my account was mistakenly closed due to non-professional staff and since they can not resume the old account I need to open a new one. But when I registered I couldn't use my old nickname. I asked support to solve this problem, because it is completely Winamax fault, and for me my nickname is very important, because it brings me good luck! But as usual on my last e-mail from December 27, 2018, no one considered it necessary to answer!

WINAMAX TOO MUCH NEGATIVE FROM YOUR ROOM IN LAST 3 MONTHS!!!

I WANT TO USE MY OLD NICKNAME ON MY NEW ACCOUNT!!!

please dont jump on that garbage pokerstars bandwagon of adding fully raked turbos everywhere, that new series you posted is so SO much worse than ur usual things its a real shame to see that in the client.

whats worse you guys charge fkn 10% on HYPERS. thats literally the absolute worst in the market.

Couldn't agree more. I'm playing there everyday for like 3 years flat and winamax won't have my action for this one.

i got a huge problem with lags

i always 12 table and after like 30 mins of the session small lags start after 1 and a half hour its not playable anymore because of the lags i have to restart the client

i tried this on 2 different notebook W7 another W10 and exactly the same problem

i also have a desktop PC and i never had that problem on desktop one of the notebooks has same specs as desktop PC so i dont think it could be because of weak specs

By "same specs" you mean RAM too? The notebooks have the same amount of RAM that the desktop has? I'm guessing your problem is the way the poker client uses RAM. I had that problem with a program I was using on Win7 and I installed a memory manager so I could flush the memory when it got full...can't remember the name of it right now as I'm in front of a different PC. Also, you could increase the size of the Windows swap file, I always increase the swap file to a size way bigger than recommended.

Edit: I remember now, the program is called 'CleanMem'

Please, consider increasing level duration time late in €10-20 MONSTER STACK (say, starting since ITM zone) up to 10 min

8-10-12 mins VLT for pre-ITM, ITM and FT also would be good.
