It all started on October 15, 2018, when I received an e-mail about the permanent ban of my account, allegedly for the use of prohibited programs, without having any reason, without warning and any investigation! I spent two weeks trying to get any clear answer, some of my e-mails were simply ignored. As a result, I had to record a video where I had to play 2000 hands cash games, but I'm a tournament player and cash tables play very rarely! But I provided the necessary video. A week has passed, no information about the results of the check has been received. I decided to find out about the results myself. First my e-mail as usual was ignored, the second they said that I passed the test. Support just FORGOT to tell me the results of the test!!!
Poker's my job. Because of the ban I lost the opportunity to earn money for a month, as I am an honest player and kept all my bankroll in the poker room! The security service can not identify scammers so they just decided to ban players who play plus, as in the same period, exactly the same e-mails and bans received and other players.
But that's not all, December 17, 2018 I was unable to log in to your account, my three e-mails to support remained unanswered. I asked support to solve this problem, because it is completely Winamax fault, and for me my nickname is very important, because it brings me good luck! But as usual on my last e-mail from December 27, 2018, no one considered it necessary to answer!
