What you think?
I should 5bet or fold preflop?
It's an obvious fold on the flop?

If you choose to reraise pre, you should be using a much bigger sizing this deep. As played, I just flat the 4b pre and check-jam the flop.

rip pre is fine, but definitely need to size up as played, pretty easy check jam OTF

is this a cash game or just early in an MTT? I don't think in a $15/$30 cash game people will be playing K7 this way, but I could be wrong

I could bet it is a 15/30 (second level) of a $5+0.50/$1,000GTD/5,000 chips tourney on 888.

Stacks are all very close to the 5K starting stack, which would never be the case in a cash game besides the obvious small stakes MTT sizing and play.

yeah I'm pretty sure this is an MTT, I was just correcting a previous poster who thinks it was a cash game.

You look like you are playing scared poker, loosen up and raise bigger on every street.

To answer your questions:
I should 5bet or fold preflop? Flatting 4bet is fine, never folding.
It's an obvious fold on the flop? NO.

As people stated few posts above me, 3-bet sizing could and should be bigger. As played could just get it in OTF.

Some thoughts:

I should 5bet or fold preflop? Never folding, but: this insanely small 4bet vs two players just screams aces. Would be very careful postflop.

It's an obvious fold on the flop? No, but i don't see what our raise accomplishes here. Especially with the UTG lead and the call by the aggressor - what hands are calling that raise that do not crush hero? Flatting is bit awkward with stacksizes, but if we get action again from both villains on the turn, we have to fold.
