just t clarify is it auto refunds?

I wouldn't worry about the refunds, if there's something Party are good at it's doing this kind of stuff fairly. Having that said, I really hope they'll do some sort of refunds based on stacks instead of just buyins

i was sitting 44 of 150ish left in a 15k prize pool. Historically have they just divided the prize pool evenly across remaining players or done some sort of chip chop or refunded everyone who entered?

i dont know if they do this at party, but its usually 50% of prizepoll is distributed equally, and 50% of the prizepool is ICM chopped. im not sure how this works with bounties (usually everyone just gets there own bounty as part of their cash).

Yes refunds/comp will be issued via the team automatically for all players affected

Still dint get any refunds, till when (time) we should expect funds to be on our party account and who to contact/where to send email if we have isues with refunds??

I specifically had a hand just before software totally freeze ( 1 hand before that) where table freeze for me on flop after i open preflop and floped 2 pairs on AK8r and cant see any other players cards ( idk who i was playing vs and i assume only BB call who was shortish) and flop goes x/x and then software come back on turn (where still cant see oponents cards) i bet it freeze aggain come back on river i can see river is dealt and i bet (for what i assumed was puting all in villain in BB that assumed i was playing against, and bet was significant huge % of my stack) and see that now i got raise from somewhere like 5-6bb more into 40-50 bb pot and software freeze again and come back and i just click call( this is happening while playing 10 more tables so also messin my focus on other mtts too) and i end up loosing significant pot that i wont loose it if software was good

So i think this hand will significantly influence amount that i am supposed to get refunded for that mtt

This sortware/tehnical isues are happening too frequently imo on big days where there are big mtts and although i respect the contribution for poker economy that you are doing and pace of competition that you are setting this issues looks from my POV very disrespectfull for your customers that decide to trust you with their money and invest their money and time to support your cause and busines instead of your competition

So aggain instead of giving overlays and making expensive sponsoring deals
Best should be to fix your software so this things wont happen aggain and we all have enjoyable experience playing on party poker

Party is a joke. 2018 and terrible unstable software. It was better 10 years ago.

Because now pokerstars destroyed their heads-up tournament with that ***** idiot stuff of progressive ko 100%.

Hey guys, pretty late to the party but maybe you could give me some final decision:
Back when Monster Series were running I described a software bug that happened in a 3x turbo event here:

two other guys confirmed that they had same issue. Bryan from your team asked us to provide details, which I did and never got any response. In the meantime your support declined a refund twice explaining that it was not a software fault (how not lol). I stopped contacting them because I belived that Bryan will take a look into this independently but he never replied to my two messages. Not sure if two other guys got their refunds. Would be grateful if you re-checked this case and gave me a final decision. Ty in advance.

i was playing a good amount of tournaments/ day on party a few weeks ago. but now that there's this mass of pko events i basically just log on for the regular uppercut and close client after i bust. sad

It looked like things we're on the improve a few weeks back with some positive changes being made in regards to the schedule and games on offer etc...

Now however, it seems that further ongoing changes are resulting in a lot of that previous good work being undone.

Dont put a tweet out saying that all players have been compensated when they havnt yet (I should know!).

the fact the tweet was sent out shows 1 of 2 things, straight dishonesty, which seems a bit silly and pointless, or more likely, really inefficient communication. either way, come on guys. just say 'we need another 24-48 hours to complete compensation'. easy.

Adding another voice to "too many PKOs". Especially would love to see a vanilla, reg-speed Contender II again.

I’m just warning the team at party that the upcoming powerfest is a major opportunity for you guys to steal a lot of PokerStars players. With them not running a series you will receive a lot of interested players coming to try out partypoker.
