That makes a lot of sense, tho it would propably be much easier to avoid overlays if schedule wasn't changed for like 2 months, so people can actually get used to it and adjust their starttimes to big Party comps. But I do understand that you're trying different things to see how they work in a shortrun, may be a viable strategy.


However, it still doesn't answer the question why does everything start at same exact time. All other sites use different starttimes to make their tournaments stand out from each another - every reg knows what starts at 6:50pm CET on Stars or 4:45pm on 888, but I think most ppl have no clue about Party, except for Weigh-In and Uppercut.

This seems like a detail, but I feel creating unique mini-brand for each of your tournaments is slightly underestimated by you right now.

What am i wondering about is how does party plan to keep the players that came for the monster series on their site?

even right now during the event you can see that none of these people who come for the micro's are joining the regular tournaments, they are getting the exact same amount of players as before, doesn't that says something about how bad they are? especialy the 1$ rebuy at 18:00 and 20:00 that has part of the prizepool taken and returned in 8.80 satelite tickets for the titlefight (worst **** ever implemented)

Id say partys sunday schedule from 5pm onwards is pretty much all you could ask for with these new additions.Great to see.

Thanks! Hopefully can make the daily schedule as popular, but Sunday was "easier" so we wanted to make those changes. "Turbo hour" has gone really well.

Looking at the lobby it appears it's a $50 NLHE tournament with no special features other than a nice guarantee.

I reckon scrap the boxing theme, it's a bit tired now and don't see how it's relevant really, and not sure how well known Carl Froch is outside the UK?

That being said, good to see so many good tournaments offered today.

6 stars 11 party, amazing stuff, sad some had overlay but ur sundays are absolute nuts these days, please get some of that juice to flow over into the weekly shcedule and u ll have gotten a HUGE chunk of my action. legit may have had same $ buyins on party as stars. would be first time of laif. gg bryan and gg everybody else

how many title fight tickets did you end up with tho? worth reaching the final tables for the additional title fight tickets that are deducted from the prize pool !

Or please convince the Bwin guys that they have to use EXACTLY the same software as partypoker (we're always disadvantaged), same with the rakeback,... think we only have like 5% instead of 30, and unfortunately my country only gave a license to bwin :'(

+1 this was the first time i had more party tables than stars at peaktime on sunday(still couldn't reg some party mtts, because i had max tables and there was 1 mirrion MTTs starting 1800 CET but whatever)

We may be under the same umbrella group - however - we operate as two separate poker entities and are managed by different teams

bwin will not be launching the cash back program in the near future to my knowledge - its party lead and party focused - sorry
Possibly they may come up with a similar loyalty promo

Regarding software - yes bwin will be updated in the "coming months" I have no exact date to share , they should receive recent updates and going forward run on the same "improved" software party will use with the new look and feel - full size lobby, better notes etc etc

still a little unsure why everything needs to start on the hour? At times there are 10 mtts all starting at the same time with no timeslots of :15 :30 or :45?

I noticed recently party are adding "warm up's" Its a nice idea but once again each tournament is basically the same, i don't have any incentive to keep playing when it's the exact same tournament an hour or 2 later. If your going to add warm up's and "xxxx 2" events, please give them a bit more variety or at least have a slightly different structure

Btw compliments for new tournament structures! It kinda sucks that Main Event and Title Fight finish about 9am CET (wug making them 15min instead of 12min and both 2-days, so both day1 and day2 finish like 3am?), but still structures are great - I love idea of more levels like 9k/18k or 1.4/2.8, makes blindjumps feel more natural, I think MTTs should never have blinds jump more than 20%, so good job there!

also just noticed that the "jab turbo's " are 8 minute levels which is the same as the non turbo's. Contender and Counterpunch turbo's are also 8 minute levels, surely with these structures 8 minute levels will be too long for turbo events?

Please tell me the Millions $5300 event (early December) in the lobby is actually a $5M online tournament and not a PartyPoker Millions Live thing :3
