Apologies for any harsh comments I made, I was under the impression Party themselves found evidence of foul play. Tbh I'm not a fan of Colette's comments in that thread and possibly in her PMs to Gylbert. She states the issue was resolved in full, Gylbert is saying the accused parties were punished and you guys are saying Party never even contacted you..

We indeed found evidence of collusion across a leaderboard, not all of them
The relevant players were contacted and the package/prizes removed and reissued to the next players on the board


Player who we investigated and had solid evidence against had the package/prizes removed
I can not share further details - as per all issues - I do not discuss player account details on open threads

As per Gylberts thread- his issue and concerns raised and resolved however not all claims were found to be correct
We acted to resolve issues concerning collusion in the leaderboards
Other players also raised concerns - some were legitimate - some were not

No idea why the thread is now locked
I have never requested a thread to be locked or removed from these boards - I have only ever asked for 1 player to be removed due to abusive personal PMS daily
I am all for being open and transparent on these boards and comments/threads whether positive or negative should remain open to all
Players who were affected in the leaderboard were contacted and the issue resolved in full

I asked the OP to update the thread and state it was indeed resolved rather than create another witch hunt which implied "we did not care" and had not taken action which is incorrect

I have re read my post on the thread in question - and yes - it was an incorrect response from myself and should have been clearer

I should have made it clear I was not replying to the accusations in the full post - but the comments saying we had ignored an issue and "did not care"

To be clear - Glybert raised many concerns via PM to myself regarding the leaderboards and suspected collusion etc
The team reviewed and did indeed find an issue of collusion however not directly related to the issue posted by the OP in that thread
I was actually unaware there was a 2+2 thread concerning this issue - hence my response yesterday (or was it Friday?) asking the OP to update the thread and state we had indeed reviewed
The issue was dealt with , relevant players contacted and prizes re allocated etc - we now consider the issue closed

I apologize personally for any misunderstanding or issues this has led too

I have posted an apology regarding my response to the thread in question - I was not clear my comments were aimed at another issue - I was responding to the "party dont care" etc comments not the thread

Any claims made by players are looked into in full and we found no evidence implicating yourselves of any cheating via the leaderboards or other "concerns" raised in the thread

Appreciate the openness and transparency, Collette. I do hope the colluders were banned though. I know you won't discuss it but by reading your post it sounds like they just lost the packages. Colluding is a clear breach of terms and conditions and you'd be best served making an example of people clearly cheating the leader board system.

Can't find LB from anywhere (promo page is still up, but shows last weeks points) so I guess we have to assume it has ended. Very bad communication from Party side, again.

No information about phases and day2s if they count either.

Software is bugging badly. $100k PSKO lobby shows that it is still at break (although tournament itself is running well) and many tournament lobbies have their clocks stalled at "lvl2 starts in 00:00:00". These at least, not trying to figure out what is wrong but get your software working please.

+ remaining players and chip counts are not updating, which is really bad when it gets close to the money. Also disconnecting a few times

It also seems that lobby shows up tournaments at late registration while their late reg has been closed for long time. Unbelievable.

playing pkos with 50k starting stacks is no fun, wud prefer smaller starting for the ko tournaments in future

Powerfest #010 - info in the lobby (in "Read More") says it pauses after level 24. I regged it tonight using this info. After buying in, the table has a message that it pauses after level 32 !!! That's vastly different, it's like 6AM vs 3AM in Europe !!

Please correct this and stick to the info in the lobby - that's the only one we have before buying in !!

So which week will those 2-day events count that have Day1 on Sunday and Day2 on Monday (this Sunday no matter, but next weeks would be good to know).

+1 for smaller starting stacks. Especially for PSKO.

E: It would be great if unchecking "phased" phased events would be filtered out. Currently it doesn't work and my lobby is which full of phased events I really don't want to play.
