Neither are true. It doesn't exist at all in the lobby running or not, and why would there ever be no late reg.

And why are your support agents telling me complete lies. Fix your support. It needs help.

Why is there no Super Highroller for this Sunday. Sure, lots of regs, who play it are in Barcelona at the moment. But this makes it even more worth to play for us others, because it will be much softer. Don´t see any reason to remove it.

The poker team and dealing with the issues and buy ins should be refunded

What if one wins multiple tickets to Powerfest event? Is it again that as long as target event is played, extra tickets will be converted to T$ after series concludes?

Threw an eye on the powerfest schedule.
I dont get it though, is there any main event? The one called "championship" or what?
If so, very unclear regarding the phases. Didn't understand by looking on the web page nor on the actual events in the client.

And what's up with not showing nationalities? Looks very shady imo (just like 888 seems like with their "888" flag on some players)

Btw is it possible to change nick?

The promotional page has all the details (or will have if its not yet updated 100%) regarding the events, promotions and phased tournaments
Also - Read More in the lobby provides information

Player can opt to hide Nationalities from other players - likely why you can see it for all

Screen name change was permitted ONCE per player post ecology changes last October If you have changed since then - NO if you have not contact the CS teams and they can assist

What's up with late regs? Some otherwise identical 109$ tournaments have randomly either 12 level or 15 level late registration (like today 1st PSKO which launched had 15 and second 12). Easy to miss, I think you really should do it one way and stick with it (I don't see how you would take 12 lvl approach pre-september though).

Re: ****Official PartyPoker/Bwin 2015 MTT Discussion Thread****

Few notes from Powerfest promotions ( https://www.partypoker.com/powerfest.html ) :

First thing, I expect that while promotion page says that medium leaderboard is 22$ to 109$ tournaments and high is 109$+ it really means 22-55 and 109+.

1) Low LB seems very sad, since there's only 7 tournaments per week it's almost certain that winner of largest tournament takes the LB 1st place (and I guess isn't very thrilled to win additional few 109$ tickets) and rest of top places (at least most of top5) goes to other tournament winners.

2) Medium LB, same thing though not so bad with ~20 tournaments per week. With 20:00 CET tournament being so much bigger it's likely that top5 will be manned by Sunday binkers or players who win 30k$ guaranteed.

3) High LB, worst letdown. Point system still remains the same as criticised earlier, and with Sunday mega tournaments some if not most of top5 will go to megafield winner. Also putting 109$ and 25500$ tournaments at the same basket is not nice for those people who care about bankroll management. Prizes are the same like earlier. I guess winner of $1M+ guaranteeds aren't too thrilled with additional 10k$ packages either.

I don't know to which buy-in category those phased tournaments go, but since they're not stated to be excluded from the promotion that would be interesting. If they all go to high category it is likely that whole leaderboard is almost totally worthless as those championship event winner will occupy all $10k package positions. Well, if you win 6-figs from a tournament surely you need a 10k$ package as well.

4) Tournament of Champions: Super boring promotion. Did play in it last time, it was so slow at start and with about 30%-40% of field not even bothering to play it was much like . Since only winner got any meaningful prize (15k$ tickets, 2nd got like one 530$ ticket from 300 player freeroll), it was super boring to play. And it even had somewhat slow structure.

5) Last Man Standing: Only small, positive note in this list. It promotes to play in Sunday, get consistent record by getting money but since prize is just freeroll ticket to 10k$ freeroll (+10k$ package for winner) it really isn't worth to play high buy-in tournaments.

6) Last chance tourney: This is probably worst new promotion I have seen in long time. It promotes bad play, and actually supports your players NOT TO play in more Powerfest tournaments if they don't cash in five first. Why would you like to have people stop playing at Powerfest if they don't cash in first few? Seems like you should fire a person who even suggested a promotion like this, it's really shooting at the leg.

With whole series tournament calendar being so boring and vanilla it is probably no need to say that whole September Powerfest is super huge letdown and nothing to get excited for (we already had good guaranteeds earlier because WCOOP and in some interesting formats). I would much rather play regular week program with the current leaderboard.

I am far more interested to play WCOOP and their midstake series than Powerfest, and it says a lot. Ultra super lame that Party has devolved into "let's make huge vanilla series and keep the most flawed promotions while thrashing interesting ones and replace them with ones which actually reward you from NOT playing".

Well Party will know they've screwed up with the weekly leaderboards as a few tournaments had to be dropped etc. With daily leaderboards more people were playing consistently as you had a much bigger shot to win against the stables. Collette said Pads was "on the front lines" with respect to this change but he's never mentioned a word about it. If I ran a stable I'd make the same move tho lol.

edit: Wonder whos taken the most packages so far anyone know? Definitely a few at 3 and above

Was very surprised Party didn't award all the $10k packages at $100 SNG hero and take in wayyyy more rake. They ran a leaderboard with only $2k up top there before and the action was intense at all hours.

Dont really think, that most of the leaderboard players are in a stable. And pads mentioned before, that he never staked someone for any party highroller (if I rember right).
Won´t mention the name of the guy with most packages so far, but he is not in a stable (p.s. it´s not me, unfortunately haha)

Yeah daily leaderboard had far more incentive to play. Now it's like "if you have a free week, play in Monday and if you don't get a good start drop out".

Though with so many tournaments cancelled it would be little problematic, even if all results would award leaderboard points.

Re: ****Official PartyPoker/Bwin 2015 MTT Discussion Thread****

just wow at how little small stakes tournaments there are for powerfest, i know there is another series upcoming but powerfest is your biggest series of the year and there is only 1 small stakes games per day? And of course every tournament is identical, no surprise there.

Both wcoop and xl series look much better than powerfest purely because of variety, how many times do people have to tell you this? I just wonder who you target customers are, it must be regs, no rec is gonna play all your $109+ buy in mtt's

I would like to play on party but the schedule has just become too boring, this whole idea of featherweight, middleweight make everything the same stuff just needs to be scrapped.

Re: ****Official PartyPoker/Bwin 2015 MTT Discussion Thread****

My betting buttons are black despite selecting the "allow three color betting boxes" setting. Impossible to play on this bs software, I sat out like 300 times today and lost all buyins because I couldn't tell when it was my turn. Thanks Party

Please let me know when you have fixed this issue, I'm too scared to try again as today was pretty expensive.

I mean, you should also just get rid of the whole black boxes thing altogether. It's the most retarded thing in a while that you have to click something to ALLOW multi-color boxes... I challenge you to find one person in this world who would prefer to play on a theme where the boxes are the exact same color as the background and without borders lol. Feel free to make the boxes any color you want, multi-color or not, just don't make them the same color as the background and without borders. Jesus. It's not that hard but retarded stuff like this is why Stars still owns the market, it's like you hire a 15 year old summer intern to design the most important thing about your entire business (software) and don't even bother to have one supervisor to check the actual results.

Yeah and an top ranked MTT player would easily have known this. The capital requirements is the red flag though. You easily need $15k to punt off for re-entry highrollers. Then you had the $5k tournament counting as well. I still don't know if the double-points glitch for the medium and low tournaments was sorted.

Just on phase tournaments they were excluded from all the last leaderboards and the terms and conditions for the current leaderboard are not up yet - I expect them to be out, but maybe Colette could clarify?
