Please help me resolve this leaderboard issue, since live chat and e-mail support isn't helping.

I think I might be entitled to a $675 ticket.
After talking to support, they tell me I finished 5xxth and 8xxth, so seems pretty random.
I think I finished in top 50 in week 1 for the powerfest high leaderboard.
After talking to support for 2+ hours, I still haven't made any progress resolving this.

I won powerfest #15 (tourney ID: 134498419), which should be 1358.48 points (1999 entries, 109 bi) if I calculated it correctly. Among with some other cashes, this should put me in top 50 I think.

Can you tell me the amount of points the guy on #50 got (for week 1 on the high leaderboard that is, after which the prizes were distributed)? Live chat says it's classified, which I can't think of any reason other than u messed up and want to cover it up.

Please look into this.

Please please please change the time for the $410 pp Million North America on Sundays! Having it at 8pm eastern is just way too late.

Even recreational players play a much earlier schedule on Sundays and are generally done their days by then or or tabling and not willing to enter a tournament that late in the day. The turnout for these events has been very poor and would massively increase if you move it up in the day by 3-4 hours.

No - they made updates in the last release and I have had no further information What issue exactly are you referring to?

Has anyone else noticed that the partypoker mtt lobbies aren't showing live updated real-time informations and get stuck / are lagging since two days?

This affect infos about remaining players, field size, positions, chipcounts, blindlevel and all other related data as well.

For me I see mostly "old" informations from 30seconds to a few minutes ago often with the blind level clock for the next blind level being stuck at 00:00:00 at the mtt lobbies.

Recognized it around to days ago and haven't changed anything of my playing setup and reported it to live-chat!
This is really bad, especially considering bubbles! Also the main tournament lobby list with all tournaments listed seem to lag a bit regarding entrants..

Sometimes to uncheck & then re-check the "track my position" checkbox manually help the lobby to update & show the live real-time list and values.
Otherwise I have to close and reopen the lobby each time I want to see surely the correct live informations.

@Colette: Have you heard anything about this "bug"?

Same here and with everyone else I know who play in Party. Super annoying bug. Especially when you forget that lobby is stucked.

Nice amount of players in tournaments all over the field, by the way. Maybe 109$ PLO MTTs should be given a small guarantee boost, at least 3k one? And 5,5+r turbo seems to be thriving even with $1k guaranteed @ 15:30 ET, maybe copy another one for one hour earlier?

Same issue here. I believe it started on Monday.

The mac issue is the one i mentioned before about tables not popping up when its my turn to act.Donno if that has been fixed as havent bothered to log in because of it.

I have looked into this in depth and I am afraid I can confirm you did not opt in at any point during the promotion
This was available for the full week the promotion ran and was stated in the promotional page and on our lobby messaging etc


I believe there was a resolution for this in the last release

Regarding the lobby refresh issue its with tech for a fix
I have again requested an update and will follow up with tech now


The PF leaderboard additional packages - as stated in the promo page - suggested to allow 7 days from end of promo

Disgusting and clear team play in $300K 20 seat satellite tonight. Player "GylbertFD1" limped and "Dachoji" checked with 3bb stack on big blind. At flop Dachoji checked and GylbertFD1 almost instantly open-folded (with no need to pay for checking).

In every other hand in satellite bubble GylbertFD1 have goe all-in with largest stack in his table.

Hand in question is #15871940551 . Tournament ID is 134492454 .

Please take this matter into investigation. This is certainly breach of rules and at least GylbertFD1 should clearly be banned. Satellite is still going on.

Was thinking about checking the Millions leaderboard promo out, since PokerStars.FR is gonna boot out all foreigners starting next week.

Seems like some of the accounts are playing every tournament 24/7, so I'm guessing the promo is a no-shot without a team sharing one account or botting every event? Especially since leaderboard points are rewarded from every event played (i.e. finishing first is like ~7x points of finishing last).

Or did someone win package in Punta Cana promo playing ~50% of schedule? Obv I understand that this type of promo is more beneficial for Party than anything else.

12, 15 or 16 but it is very easy to replace MTTs of Party with MTTs of Stars. For instance, the size of the field of $5.5 deepstack of Stars at 18:15 GMT is the same as the field of the Jab. Deepstack of Stars pays 15.4% to first while the Jab 16%. However, the structure of Stars deepstack is much better than the structure of the Jab. $11 40k ME of Party paid 13.6% to first while 40k big 11 pays 14.3%; the size of the field if big 11 is slightly bigger. Therefore, on Stars you can get $11 ME on Daily basis.

It is pity I had to return to Stars because one year ago I replaced Stars with Party and another network. Back then the structures of Party was praised and I wanted to support Party. Now the structures of Party are ruined and disappointment is huge.

I can personally say that I have played _every single tournament which has been played in my account_ in CPP promo and in Powerfest alone. So it is certainly doable to play all events for motivated players and I tend to sleep all free time including time between tournaments if race is tight. But I agree it is far more easier if you just play it by cheating and hard to get caught.

Huge sacrifice though if you're used to get much sleep and have adequate free time. I have already nicknamed this promotion as "murder of social life".

Yea, not accusing you at all and I believe you're honest. (I asked a friend to check out your Sharkscope how much dedication it needs to be Top3 ATM, and you seemed to have some off-hours during morning-noon.) But there are accounts that literally play 24/7.

Obv I don't have to participate and it's ok, and I would've been only pissed had I not checked before hand and realized after/during the first week that points are awarded from every event played and there are accounts playing every event.

One might argue though that there might be better ways to spend promo money than give it to multi-accounters week after week. (This comment is 100% fueled by jealousy and self-interest )

I was shortstacked at this table and noticed that very strange openfold of "GylbertFD1" close to the Bubble too!
Then 1 orbit later [after winning every hand openshoving in between] he limped the Button w A4o vs two 2x BB Supershorties instead of Open Shoving and Checked it Back 3 times w A4 vs K2 B[AQ5-Q-4] vs "Dachoji" instead of betting (see Hand#15871977846)!
Maybe he was playing with "Dachoji" or just wanted an other player to bust at the 215$ bubble..

Have also noticed some other strange plays close to or at satellite-bubbles from other regs too.
Not totally sure if not some of them are registering & playing these satellites kind of together..
@Colette: Is there anyone from partypoker reviewing satellites from time to time to ensure a fair game for all players?

The OPT IN message was on the promotional page and the pop up in your lobby under promotions etc also had the message to Opt In

Having reviewed the leaderboard results - you would not have placed in the top 50 the player who was 50th had over 1850 points

How about adding Tuesday Title Fight with same structure and 215$ buy-in but 50k$ guaranteed for Tuesdays? This would bring weekly highroller day something special, and with current player pools it should surely be supported.

It would also benefit satellites as currently one can grind max 4 tickets because of 30 days expiration time and even that only if you can play every Sunday. Giving additional day to use ticket would also make more people to play satellites.

Not the first time and it will not be the last time he is colluding in such Satellites, happens several times with him . Can prob google this same case on 888 WSOP main event, where he offered in the chat while playing, when somebody will send him amount x he will make sure this person is getting a pkg.
He limpfolded then the same like this time, while jamming every other hand.

Several other situations same with him too.
