I stopped playing party on Sundays shortly after this. There needs to be 1 main tournament attraction, then I'll pick up some others on the side, like the $22-109 MEs.

I'm waiting for Powerfest now and hoping you'll ride the wave after it and propose a flagship tournament on Sunday again.

Re: Official partypoker/bwin 2.0 MTT Discussion Thread

the morning editions any chance of moving them to 1 hour earlier? they are not really morning editions at the moment

they would start the same time at stars early editions in that case. Also could be a idea to mix them up and change the tournament slightly each day. 6 max one day, 8 max another, psko another etc

There seem to be a small number of players experiencing ongoing issues- have you tried removing the software and full and reinstalling? This seems to resolve the issue
Further to this - there is an update tomorrow which should resolve pending issues in full

Yet given everyone was complaining about tourneys taking too long I guess this change makes sense and should please most people.

However, it would be nice/ logical if the rake was adjusted accordingly. 10% rake on these ultra-fast turbo structures is very greedy on Partypoker's part and definitely above the industry-standard.
The 'power turbos' at X:30 have always been raked at 5% for this reason and it would seem fair that some of the turbo 'mains' that start on the hour accordingly followed suit with rake that is reflective of mtt structure.
Feedback noted and shared with the relevant team

Noted, however, its unlikely we will move them until we give them a chance to settle into the schedule
We will review feedback and anaylis at a later date before making any further changes

We made the following changes again, following player feedback >

Re-entry removed from PSKO events
Further Shorter late reg periods on the majority of our games - following player complaints and feedback regarding the length of time to complete tourneys - resulting directly in earlier finishing times for all
Improved structure across our games to enhance the experience for our players

Our release is due to land tomorrow offering multiple back-end fixes to ongoing issues and an improved table look and feel!

New backgrounds/felts
Customisable table colours
Bigger fonts
New player plates
Improved time bank function
Optimised player notes
Improved bet slider

Further details to follow regarding expected downtime

Thanks

Colette

I'm really hopeing the lobby bugs/issues (especially in regards to the pop-up filters and columns), are going to be part of these 'multiple back end fixes'.
It would be nice to be able to login and see that the previous changes I made haven't reverted back to default on there own and also know that, I no longer need to go through the process of constantly changing/adjusting them every time I open the client...

Re: Official partypoker/bwin 2.0 MTT Discussion Thread

All the satellites you are running to high stakes tournament are great but that 36k package to the 25k in the Bahamas with a 6k private jet ticket is a little ridiculous, pretty sure 95% of regs would rather keep money and pay 800$ for a direct flight. I know at least 5 players that didn't play it for that reason.

Really great to see close cooperation between Party and Party Caption since Party Caption released an update today with "Preliminary support of a new party tables design (partypoker update 22/08/2018)".

Also +1 for recent changes on reducing re-entries and shorter late reg periods.
