Are you using any VPN or 3rd party tool?
Due to ongoing attacks we have disabled multiple addresses - some users using 3rd party tools may experience an issue when trying to log in
Some have reported multiple attempts resolves the issue, however, we can only ask your patience while we work to resolve in full for all

Attacks were ongoing yesterday, I believe we have now reached stability and our tech team are on standby to resolve any further issues
We have only a very small handful of players with ongoing issues at the moment

Its a small amount of money, but this handling these attacks better, instils confidence
Can there be more transparency on how Party deals with payouts when cancellations happen, stars is pretty clear in this regards.

We had further issues yesterday resulting in a delay extracting the complete data needed for the refund process
This has now been resolved and we should be in the position to process refunds today
