The 2 day tournament I am asking for is the classic COOP tournament like we have on stars. Starts on monday ends on tuesday for ex. i think it can work, ppl get more excited about series having a day 2 IMO. Tons of people might feel Powerfest is kinda regular day with different name, day 2 would make them more special. Anyway great work! i really like tons of changes and structures in general are pretty good. keep it up!
I'm not 100% sure but monster series for example mainly proved otherwise, as one-day tournaments were far more popular than 2 day tournaments so I think that plus the 'failure' of the 2day title fight played a big role in deciding not to run any 2-day tournaments for this series and then re-evaluate. In my opinion, recs just don't like 2-day tournaments for whatever reason really.

Also the positioning of the coloured noted is normally covered up by my HUD, so even in game its hard to see what colour you have tagged for a player; the feature is barely functional. A clearer tagging method is required.

It's quite easy to understand why 2-day tournaments are not favored by recs as I told earlier. They don't usually have always Monday or whatever would be second day played free. With new shorter blinds no need to push them.

Saturday would be probably best day for deepstack 2-day tournaments, but problem is that those fields are smaller. And weekender didn't work so well in Stars either.

Why the sats for the 215 and 530 are 8 mins and the ones for the 1k are 6 mins?

I have several $55 MTT tickets. Can they be used for the $55 powerfest rebuy? How about rebuys and/or add on?

2-day events, as in "several days 1s and then day 2 on Tuesday" were unpopular. But having a 2-day as in start on Sunday night, take a break after ~8h of play and then continue on Monday at the same time - this should be the standard for series events, where the structure should be better than the usual tournaments.

I'm a rec. This is my opinion, and this is how my wallet is going to vote. I don't have many options now, but in May when SCOOP & next Powerfest come around, this will make the difference between tournaments I play and the ones I skip.

It's been long since I played a phase tournament and I'd be excited to play a 2day tournament. Stars does it, Winamax does it even on Sundays and you keep changing it back every time before series. Smh.

+1 to 2 day events.

I can't see why Joe 9 to 5 wouldn't prefer to play 5-7 hours on a Sunday, get a decent sleep and finish it the next day over playing for 9+ hours on a Sunday and getting no sleep for work on the Monday.

They didn't fail for SCOOP and WCOOP and even the recent Winter Series on pokerstars. Numbers were huge. Making them Day 2 was not the underlying reason why they failed cos clearly it is not an issue.

Hi guys

Things are very busy this side of the wall. There will be some big news on software and schedule coming in the very short future, both EXTREMELY positive and of a "game changer" level.

I hope you will share my excitement once they are released, but for the next days/week we will be working very hard behind the scenes to ensure these can be delivered by February 5th.

Danke for the patience.

Lobby on a bunch of tournaments say 8 min blinds but the blinds are actually 10 minutes. Things constantly change randomly and it's very difficult to keep track of what's going on.

Regged 2 micro MTTs seconds before start with 8/10 blind levels thinking "oh cool, got rid of the 6min blind level turbo madness". Checked lobby 15 mins in a saw things were back to 6/8/10

Absurd bait and switch.

The lobby of the R+A tournaments says the addon is 75k chips, but it's actually 100k

truly hope these promises party is making w/ regards to software/schedule will come true

the only thing more frustrating than outdated software is being promised better software and being disappointed time and time again .

Is the rake for the PLO satellites this evening a mistake or something? 3 minute blind levels but the rake is still 9 percent.

I have been using the new software over the last few days and think it is tonnes better than the previous ones. There will have to be some new builds and releases but its a huge step in the right direction in terms of player experience.

I believe the schedule will be the biggest game changer of the last 2 years for pp.

For the love of god please let there be some 6 max games that aren't $1.10 or $109.

Pads is a big fan of 6max so hopefully the powerfest 6max tournaments do well and they can add some to the schedule. If you follow his twitter he's considering a 6max/9max hybrid for bounty builders for more action earlier on - could work - thoughts?

Here's the quote:

"What do you think about this format for PSKO tournaments. ALL 6max, start 50bb deep and stay 50bb average for the whole tournament. 250bb 9 handed just seems like the wrong format the industry has implemented for these supposedly fun/exciting/gambly format."
