This worrying topic keeps getting mentioned. Would be nice if Partypoker stopped tip-toeing around this issue and actually addressed it officially ...
They have been addressed in this very thread. They have stated: (paraphrasing)

1) that no stable gets preferential rb deals.
2) Party Poker doesn't allow PPL transfers.
3) Party Poker has nothing to do with this.

For more quoted posts from Party check this thread.

https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/2...-live-1724977/

I can personally guarantee that by November 1st Party will be forced to recant their statements. As the proof will be stated not as opinion but with written facts from within.

Download the latest software update and you'll be able to display all bets, chip stacks and the bet slider in terms of big blinds instead of the traditional chip stacks

Re: Official partypoker/bwin 2.0 MTT Discussion Thread

Dear Colette,

Last week i made a spreadsheet for the monster series, today i check the schedule and i couldn't believe what i witnessed. Close to all buy-ins for the micro monster series have been overhauled? All 1.10$ buy-ins have been removed, suddenly there is loads of 7.50$ buy-ins before there were none. The time slots have also been swapped around?

Why would you do this 1.5 week from the event? It is very confusing and how the hell am i supposed to know when a schedule is official?

My mistake for misreading the question - I read players, not player funds
My apologies

Correct, sorry See edited response above ^^

All player funds are indeed in separate accounts from business expenditure funds and safe
More details can be found on the website
I've asked the relevant teams to address and ensure the info on site is updated and recent

As above, funds are kept separated and would not be affected
GVC is financially strong and we have no reason to be worried about bankruptcy - further financial details for the company can be found on the internet or our home web pages for all to review

Regarding the link above, I have asked the relevant teams to review and update the information

Thanks

All - with regards to the above and in response to the question regarding player protection, we have now updated our terms and conditions to reflect the current company position with regard to player funds.
I can confirm that player funds are held in segregated bank accounts and that we meet the criteria of “medium protection” under UKGC guidelines. This means that if the company becomes insolvent, player funds are safe and will be returned to players.
I’m sorry for the confusion on this topic.
We trust this full clears up the previous concerns regarding this topic and can assure you all details are now fully up to date on the website

Kind regards,

Colette

Last two years it was different as packages were given @ leaderboards and players had to sell extra packages won. Unlikely there's even close so many "free floating packages" out now and players who grind them probably have their own contacts who wish to buy.

If you really want a package why not open buying thread for yourself?

Re: Official partypoker/bwin 2.0 MTT Discussion Thread

can you make one of the 3 22s in the morning a 33$?
also would like to see that you can choose different tablecolour for every single table not just change the coulour for every table!
the title fight should be back aswell and pretty optimistic you could sustain at least 1 215$ mtt with 200k+ gtd on sundays.

Hi Colette, this is great news. I maintain this list of operators that declare their UK fund segregation and I want to update it with this change. However, looking at this page (and this one on bwin) it still says "This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level: basic segregation". Do you expect these pages to be updated or should I be linking elsewhere for your declaration?

This will be updated asap - the statement at the bottom of the page is correct, I'll get the top of the page updated also Good spot!

I have also asked the bwin team to update the relevant pages - it's in progress

Thanks

Re: Official partypoker/bwin 2.0 MTT Discussion Thread

Hi Colette,

I think it's time for a party exec to address this: https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/2...-live-1724977/

Lots of ex-BRS players coming out of the woodwork to corroborate the accusations, and new accusations against plenopads/bitb.

I'm quite certain that Tom Waters, Mike Sexton, Rob Yong, John Duthie etc are aware of the thread. Can you confirm that *someone* will publicly address this? Don't even need to know when, just that it won't be swept under a rug like all the previous times it was brought up.

News today that partypoker has upgraded its declared player fund protection level (in the regulated UK market) from Basic to Medium.

Re: Official partypoker/bwin 2.0 MTT Discussion Thread

Why are all the early EU time tournaments 6-max, enough already... I want to move most of my volume to Party for all the good things you are doing for the game, but I just cant do it when all the tournaments are 6 max or rebuys.

Hi Collette,

Is PPL protected and segregated in the same way as other funds? If I won $500 in PPL and heaven forbid partypoker (and their live events) were no more, would I get $500 in cash back?
