PT4 isnt working after the update for me. Programm is tracking hands but is not showing up on the table. Any tipps for me ?

I havent played the last two days on there cause of no PT4 and wont be playing tomorrow.
Why do they change the software so these tracking programs arent compatible and we have to wait for patches. Cant say its ever happened with stars. Seems like theyre burning money here.

Yes, the company shouldn't update and improve their software because it might affect independant 3rd party software. Great idea.

What about more hypers for low stakes.I see only 2-3 about lunch time in CET ,please think about adding some for midday and night schedule since PS dont have much of a competitor for these ,put low guarantie low rake and slowly increase guanratie.

They are not changing it for fun that the tracking site is not able to track it.
They've made an important change at the header of each Game, thats why the tracking sites are not working atm.
It should be very easy to be fixed from HM2/PT4, so if you want to blame somebody, blame them for not updating their software....

HM2 was working after the update anyway, you just had to add HUD manually. But HM2 already made hotfix.

so you removed HUDs 2 days before Knockout series and Millions Online final phases1 and let us dealt w/ PT4 guys.

like i said, has this ever happened with stars? We get updates from them all the time. If its necessary, do it during the week on Monday or Tuesday. Im sorry but these kind of things should be taken into account.

yes, it has happened with stars, no it's not the sits responsibility to maintain support for 3rd party software

And both hem and pt4 already released fixes if u searched that instead of coming here to cry

PT4 released f**k and I shouldn`t search it during session.

Party shouldn`t maintain 3rd party soft but should inform about vital changes they plan to make.

I am regged in a number of 530 mega sats to the 5k to which I am neither registers nor holding tickets

The first sat I registered stsrts late during day 1A but will likely finish after late reg on 1 A ends. If I win a seat in that sat and in one or more later satellites I HAVE to use those tickets on any available day 1 and if I don’t they get forfeited?

Please... it really shouldn't be this difficult to get an answer to this. It's really in your best interest too to clarify this stuff- I (and presumably many others) want to fire the 5k as much as possible but if this isn't clarified I/we might be disincentivized to reg any Day 1 with cash/PP LIVE $$ lest we miss out on the opportunity to play all of the 530 satellites that run AFTER the tournament has started.

1) not sure if PP$live count. If you make it to Day2 all remaining Day1 Seats will be refunded into Cash after Day1s are finished.

You have to use all tickets as long as you are not in day 2, if you cash more than 5 seats you will get money for the 6th one, as there are prolly only 5xDay 1

If i understand you correctly, yes. If Day1 is over you should probably win max 4 tickets as you have to fire Day 1B C D F, if you make Day2 on 1B it doenst not matter how much more tickets you win.

The only problem could be winning 5 tickets after Day1A is done and you would have 1 Ticket left in the end (if you dont make day2), then your ticket might be gg?! but not sure what happens tbh

Also why are there so many mix max tournaments? Most people don't even like these tournaments. When i look at the schedule, there's only a few tournaments to play because almost everything is mix max when its a series.

Though we allow some 3rd party tools we do not guarantee they will work alongside our software

I have a question regarding the MILLIONS Online 5300$ tickets.

I won 2 of those tickets through satellites, after winning the first one i was automatically registered to Day 1A.

According to the terms and conditions, the second ticket should expire on December 4th and I should be able to use it on any Day 1 (A, B, C, D or E)

However, inside the software the ticket is listed as a "Day 1A" ticket with an expiry date: 26/11/2018 01:00 (which coincides with the end of Late Registration of the Day 1A)

As you can see on this second pic, Im already registered on Day 1A but the second ticket still says "Day 1A ticket"


I want to know my options with the 2nd ticket in case I dont make it to Day 2 with the first one.
