yesterday I logged in into my Party Account to Play a 109$ MTT. I won a ticket @ 29. August 2018.
I did not find any ticket in my Account and contacted the support.
They told me, the ticket is only available for 14 days. I was in the hospital and had no chance to play earlier.
Is there anything I can do?
I don't like the support of PartyPoker in this case. Why are they available only for 14 days? Why is there no chance to support clients, and send an E-Mail to gve the advice, the ticket will be no longer available?
Why is is not possilbe to reactivate the ticket in this case.
Any idea/support here?
