the reason i am asking this question is because the issue i had wrote here previously couple of times and no one did anything about it (about those feeders that are ending after X numbers of lvl not after X plyers are left) is still there and those direct feeders to Caribbean adventure/online milions that are ending after X lvl are played have terrible unfair structure and are rake trap and money grab and i want to play sats for Caribbean adventure/online milions but i will not play those feeders because the way they are(struscture) is just very bad for the players imo
The $530 and $1050 - both can be used for Power series or online festivals, tickets won have a 30day expiry
Yes tickets won can be used for Millions Online however NOT for the CPP
The MILLIONS Online sats awarded seats register players to Day 1A of the event
The auto reg has been removed for the sats - these have a 30-day expiry and can be used within the time period
The CPP sats are clearly labelled as feeders in the lobby and will auto feed to the next target event - these now run daily
Online sat tickets do not work alongside the tree as with our Live events the sat set up is different
Feedback noted and shared with the Live team regarding your distaste for the structure however for many these have proven popular and will continue to run

Colette has stated on a number of occasions over the last 6+ months that she would pursue an answer/feedback from the tech department as to where things are at with this but, no answer/feedback has ever been provided. I've made numerous posts and also recently pm'ed her about following through with this but, nothing has come of it and I believe it's gotten to the stage now where she's annoyed with my pushing for answers and is no longer interested in assisting with this.
I'm really disappointed in the situation and how it's been handled. It's been sometime since I first raised the issues and 'reps' (Pad's was also involved with this, as he told me it would be fixed ASAP 7 mths ago) not following through on what they say has been a big let down and left me with a poor opinion of PP's customer service, along with PP in general as a result.
Perhaps you guys will have better luck getting somewhere with this now, that your also speaking up about your frustrations with these same issues.

Yes you raised it multiple times and I asked for an update from the team
It was work in progress so I had no information to share
The team are aware of the issue and have confirmed a fix will be in place for the next release update sometime in August - I have no set date to share
This should resolve the issue both on Windows and MAC
