We are suffering from a hardware malfunction. We expect it will be fixed and we will be able to run tournaments by 17:00, but we cannot guarantee. We have delayed The Mega Deep to 17:15. The Crocodile will be rescheduled to 17:05. The Turbo Mega Deep will be rescheduled to 17:30.

We are back now. Mega Deep and Turbo Mega Deep will be starting in a few minutes. Unfortunately all other tournaments that would have started by now have been cancelled for today.

I have now stopped playing on 888 because of your software issues and your terrible VIP program but would very like like to return

Sort out the resolution issues so that they conform to industry standards

Sort out the auto time bank not working issue

Add the ability to reduce the volume of "your turn" etc

Please add more Turbos

my guess is anything that help make multi-tabling easier most likely would not be implemented. 888poker does not seem to like regulars.

I think it's mostly they don't want to give money for software if they absolutely don't have to.
