Problem with making 888 perfect in every way is it will become like stars with all the elite regs playing there.

Think 888 works best with a few flaws that keep the elite regs away tbh. If it carrys on the road its going down it wont be any softer than stars eventually.

Alot of the mass tabling drones wont play 888 as its not as user friendly for them. This is a good thing as we don't want it to become infested with a million nits timebanking every hand.

Just imo feel free to discuss these points.

I think you should add some promotional tournament like the twins. I would like to play it, but I rarely play long sessions in Mondays and it starts about 1-2 hours too late. How about adding some other special tournament?

I late registered the $40 high roller turbo this morning and blinded out never playing a hand. It's beyond absurd and extremely frustrating how bad your software is. I get no beep notifications, table blinking, or pop to front, nothing. I was playing 3 sites at the time and simply forgot I regged and then 15 mins later i look and I'm blinded out of the MTT.

I would literally rake 10x as much as I Currently do if your software was halfway decent, and I'm sure the same can be said for many other regs/pros.

Where is the Whale in the Lobby? I saw it yesterday $600/150k Whale scheduled for today and deposited money to be sure I would be able to play it. If you are taking it off the schedule the day of the MTT or lowering the guarantee that's pretty shady/bad business IMO.

If their software was on par with even partypoker it would not have happened. There is definitely something wrong with their notification when action is on you because more people sit out in MTTs on 888 than any other site and it's not close.

Not like im just some ****** but nice try

I have my sound set to "Play sound Effects, Notifications Only" because i hate hearing cards dealt etc and i NEVER hear a beep when action is on me

card_trick --- have you ever played more than 2 tables at a time on 888poker? sounds like u havent

sometimes 888 runs with no sound, to stop this happening often always run as admin, when it does happen close it down and restart.

when it does have sound it always beeps.

Since Stars is now banned where I reside I've had to switch over to 888 and it's taken some getting used to. There are some good things (I like the ShowMe! tourneys, the UK v Aus v Rus Team turneys, some of the DS structures.) and some bad things but shipped some smaller tourneys already having run really bad at Stars. So alll in all, happy with 888.

Oh and it doesn't seem rigged like Jokerstars

Is there any chance we will see 90 or 180man MTTSnGs (turbo or reg speed)? These are great games for building a poker bankroll for mtts and site collects plenty of rake having these on demand.

It was <12 months ago and 888 was in trouble with DoS, software, unresponsive customer service, etc.

They have made improvements in many of these areas. And by listening to their customers on 2p2 they are continuing to improve. I dont think anyone would expect them to take over PS, but they are a solid #2 choice given our non-Amaya alternatives (party, ipoker, etc).

Sooooo... 888 rep thank you and continue to incorporate customer focused improvements.
