Does 888 ever plan on doing a software makeover? like add custom bet buttons is a must and change the sounds so players dont keep timing out when multitabling with other sites (is a deffo) could also do a player search altho that aint high priority atm also change colour felt to know whats reg speed and turbo

ive timed out countless times today already and its very tilting and im sure im not the only 1 infact ive heard players say that they dont play 888 because of this problem

I don't understand why you re timing out, but I didn't like the sounds so with a little copy and pasting I used some of the beta pokerstars sounds to replace the 888 ones.

thats a good idea and fwiw its only the warning sound when time to act that i seem to always miss hearing (hence always timing out) so that being said i found the beta stars sound to use but cant find the 888 file to open to show the sounds? any idea what folder name is etc?

Btw, now that I remember it, the alert sound on 888 was pretty loud and irritating. There might be another reason why you re missing it.

i removed 888 from my schedul, i'd rather play in site that works fine than one that has a decent schedul. Only playing wednesday night and sunday

hard to multi tabbling there, the break issue is rly boring, the replay works very bad, sometimes its hard to tell whats going on

Better lobby filters.

Customizable bet slider/buttons

Add some skins that aren't gross colours that make everything difficult to see.

I would easily play with you every session, ditching a lot of stars games, if the software wasn't so bad. Im sure more regs and recs would do the same.

It's 2015 no excuse for the client not to be slick.

Ye agree with this. Pretty slack that i can't filter for only turbos and super turbos in the favorites tab. Also the deal function needs to happen asap.

Things are improving though so kudos for that.

It's so laughable, that we pay like 750$ in rake monthly for gold status to play on a site that looks like it's between SNES and N64 , yet we can get a game like FarCry/GTA5 for 50$ that looks like the best **** I've seen in ages.

Well, though it could obv be a lot better, the difference between a poker site and GTA5 is that it has to be able to run on absolutely everything. Pokerstars isn't nearly as pretty as GTA5 either, it would have fewer players if it was.

888 doesn't even run properly. Opening lobbies of mtt with player numbers in several k gives me lag of hell.

you gave us this promotion to deposit for a free 14x $7 MTT tickets, yet we can't use them to register for the $7 2.5k Turbo? fix this one pls, the only reggable $7MTTs are between 00:30am-04:45am pacific time

Let me petition once more for faster turbo structures. There are turbos I ft'ed that had 200 runners and took 4 hours plus to finish. That's too long.

The irony is that your flagship $215 and the Crocodile have pretty fast structures for slow tournaments.

But please, make the turbos faster, at the very least those starting late at night like the $35 one and the $16.50 one.

Btw, once more. The dialogue boxes which congratulate me for a tournament score and give my my tournament history is the stupidest idea in the history of online poker clients. Can't you understand that some of us multitable and you just give us an additional unnecessary hassle?

Btw, these aren't the only ones. There's a pandemic of unnecessary dialogue boxes throughout the client. At least give us an option to turn them off.

software wise nothing has changed only chnages are mtt (new tournys and structures)

Thanks. Yes they have done a great job with games. However, the lack of change in software is costing 888 many players.

Fixing the timebank issue would be a great start.

This wasn't the issue, the issue is that table don't "pop to front" like they do on Stars when you Cascade or stack so each table needs it's own space on your screen. This is what the poster was saying, not that you can't cascade.
