If we can't get this, could we get old 12$ rebuy 1k guaranteed 15:15 GMT back?

Right now there's only one playable tournament @ 888 (12+r turbo rebuy) whole evening so I don't even open software nowadays.

Will get to all the posts soon, for now just wanted to give a quick update.
Since the $300 RakeLess Sunday with $100k GTD was so successful we are running it again this Sunday. Again no rake, no re-entry and this time a deeper structure as well. Good luck!

No $12 satellite into the $109 Sunday Challenge today?

I want say that Rakeless Sunday has been one of the best promotions I ve seen on any website in a while.

Also, I haven't had the chance to play on the new client yet, but a couple of thoughts.

1. The table window should the same size and as flexible as before. If it isn't, it's my red line for me. Not an empty threat. I wouldn't be able to play on 888 anymore.

2. Similarly, as someone who mods the client, I hope that the new tables are easy to mod. I have three complains:

You change the look of the tables a lot. Over the 5 years I ve been playing, you have changed the way tables are designed 3-4 times. Every time, you introduce some wrinkles that make it hard for us to mod.

Once again, you should take a look at how PS does it. They have a separate folder for each theme; when they introduced a new theme, they kept the old one and people didn't have to change anything if they didn't want to.

Before you tell me that you also have a separate folder for each theme, yes you do, but PS theme folders also control seat/other elements positioning and fonts. You have a universal file that controls the fonts and seat positioning for every theme.

Most importantly Pokerstars has a separate folder for modded themes. They have had this feature at least since 2009. Please do the same!

3. Speaking of themes. You cannot introduce special themes for special tournaments that are forced on players without the ability to change them. You do that all the time and it's a mistake. You just did it with the rakeless tournaments as well.

With progressive tournaments, you made a wise choice. You allowed players to choose their default them or the progressive tournament theme. Do the same for Big Fish tournaments, Rakeless Sunday tournaments and any other special tournament you introduce in the future.

4. Last but not least, do not under any circumstances allow client upgrades during peak times. People complain to you that their client crashes and then updates in the middle of their Sunday session and it's a nightmare, especially for us with mods, because it means we have to waste time reinstalling everything on top of the installation. Either people miss hands and that's ridiculous.

Oh, really one last thing. I ve been experiencing crashes at least once a session since September. For the past couple of sessions, I haven't. If you did something to fix it, bravo! OTOH, this should be a given and not a recurring issue.

We have already made improvements to the new table. Among others, these include: Bet slider configuration, choosing felt color per table, fix for the pop up getting stuck and other bug fixes. This version will currently be offered to 50% of downloads from our web site. We would love for you to try it out and give feedback. Take into account there are still more issues which we are working on, and will address other issues raised by you guys as well.

We still offer 2 daily ShowMe tournaments, at 9:15 and 11:30 GMT.

Thanks for pointing this out, was a mistake in the configuration. Added a $12 10 seats gtd satellite at 17:05 GMT and a $22 3 seats gtd satellite at 19:00 GMT

Does anyone know how to get to the WSOP qualifier using the Step x "to WSOP & Major tournaments" sng's?
Step 5 is a $30 ticket that can't be used for any of the WSOP sats...
Or do I miss something?

Well I guess not. No reason to open 888 from now on, except for one tournament. Prob going to miss it often though. Well, at least can concentrate my games on one site less.

- just dont loose the ample feature that shows with one view, if all tables are active - it is the best feature on you site imo!!

- and keep showing the relative and absolute position and how many into the money!! (super nerving that you lost that for pkos!)

- and configurable bet buttons are still missing?

..... 3 features that are super important for multi-tabling!

and - super-happy to hear that you slow down the rakeless structure - the new structures are plain turbos, smts even feel like super-turbos in the late stages (50% blind-jumps wtf)......... that has nothing to do with skill based tournament poker!

There was a reasonable increase in traffic the week following the rake free majors. Perhaps it's worth considering doing an entire rake free week on everything? I genuinely think you'd see a huge increase in deposits (lets not forget that you profit about 3% on those and lie about the reasons for that) and it could be a catalyst to drive players to your site. At a time when stars is screwing over the players, and no one other than stables trust party, there is definitely some market share to be grabbed.

Please make a decision with the 300 rakeless mtt and stick with it. One week its no R/A, today its 1 rebuy. The 200 was unlimited.

Rake-Free went so well because it was a very honest and straightforward promotion.

A rake-free day/week/tournament series builds upon that.

We have created a daily $30 satellite leading to the $1,050 WSOP qualifier on Sunday.
It will start running from tomorrow and of course accepts step 5 ticket.

The new client will have a Mac version but its not available yet.

how about a daily 100 without rake? I think it would naturally grow, maybe just turn mega deep into a non rake tournament, or just make a "fast" structure with reentrys until 15blinds deep and i'd guess people would reentry forever without the rake

why not have the rakeless sunday run on most sundays/ have it on the upcoming sunday run as a 150$ as a half price?

The client keeps crashing about every 1minute for me. It was up long enough to register the daily $109 megadeep but I can't complete a hand. Is it an issue with playing from China? I shouldn't have been allowed to register a tournament if that's the case. Will I get a refund for this tournament and who do I need to inform?
