if these games don't have the word turbo in it, you can't see em in the list of games if you want to play a "Turbo Only" Schedule, in which you have to type turbo in the search field to get this schedule.

1) I've noticed that your Rebuys are really fast/shallow and cost a lot for the players; on other sites on average you'd spend around four buyins but on 888 it’s more like 6-8. Why don't you make them have a smoother structure and/or bigger starting stacks/add-ons which I believe was discussed a while ago but nothing came of it. If you do this then I would think more players would be open to have a few more Rebuys in the schedule.

2) IMO Rebuys are god for everyone
For 888 they don't have to risk too much in offering juicy guarantees because Rebuys seldom overlay.
For recreational players it’s a fun and different format especially compared to all the re-entry BS you have.
For Regs they offer a significantly better ROI/Hourly especially when compared to re-entry

3) Where is the Slow $5 Rebuy that was supposed to be swapped with the Turbo $5 Rebuy at 10pm but you have now removed it?

4) Also can we make the $500 Super Turbo Blowfish into a Super Turbo Rebuy with the same 25c rake and 45-60 minutes Rebuy period? The re-entry game you have at the moment has a very small prize pool and first place is uninspiring. If you made it a Rebuy the guarantee can jump from $500 to a nice $1500 tournament. This way you have a Slow $5 Rebuy at 8pm, a Turbo $5 Rebuy at 10pm and then a Hyper $5 Rebuy at 11pm

Why do tournament tickets you buy in the shop with coins expire so quickly? Especially if you have to manually select to buy in with those tickets instead of cash.

Yep same here, but on windows. I sometimes get an error message saying please try again later, and upon reboot the client actually appears for a second before disappearing and being replaced by a blank error window.

Was 5 handed in the $55 twister when site went down, 3/5 with around 60k. Managed to get back on around 2 hours after to find the bb had increased to 8k and I now had 1.4bb.

In the mean time guy who was 2/5 at dc had somehow managed to reconnect for 5 mins, busted 1 guy and stolen pretty much all the chips. Tourney then paused for another 2 hours before eventually coming back a minute ago.

Obviously insta busted and guy who'd managed to steal blinds for 5 mins ships it. Pretty insane this can happen, didn't think it could get much worse than Stars.

We have experienced some technical issues which have been fixed. Tournaments will resume in a few minutes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Sorry but I don't think this is proper. The site was down for several hours and there was no way of knowing it would come back other than keep trying to log in. You really should cancel tournaments and pay back people when a site is down for several hours. Is there somewhere I can write to in regards to compensation?

Back in 1 hour after start with 40bb. I don't want to play but don't want to bust as it may impact a claim. Players still sitting out. Cancel all tournaments, this is absurd.
