When you have 0 timebank, there is no timebox telling you how much time you have. Really annoying and something that has cost me a lot of timeouts. Could you show timebank = 0 please when this happens

Have said this for years even since I've seen this thread. A big issue is they display the guarantees differently to other poker sites' KO tournaments. If you look at todays $11 KO it has $800 gtd... but the actual prize pool is $2160. Players do not realise how much money they are actually playing for as many only look at the title. If it had $2000 listed in the title it would blow up for sure.

A $11-20 KO is also needed in the morning/afternoon schedule - these are very popular on other sites and for recs. pleeeeeeeeease!

Some KOs can be good not with 10% rake tho.

I believe they reduced rake on 55KOs already

And the withdraw fee's are a joke. i cashdout 291,75 which where suppose to be 261€ or smth like that, i recived only 235€ thats about 10% fee. thats pretty much a joke.

Is their anything i can do to reduce the fee atleast?

I am CllsDntMttr on 888 Poker, in the last series of 888 i made over $330k winning the 1k whale event and then the 1k main event, that was in september last year, which I am STILL in the process of withdrawing since even after going through the hassle of notarizing my id I was not allowed to have a withdrawal limit exceeding $50k per month. I understand you have in the terms and conditions written that you "may elect" to limit the withdrawal amounts, however I dont understand how you can offer tournaments with huge prize pools and big first place money, only to then have the winner of such tournament wait for months up to half a year to withdraw his money, being able to profit of the interest rates of that money during that time period.

I find it quite a shame that this is the standard procedure and knowing it makes playing the big tournaments way less exciting on 888. It should be my favorite site right now together with stars, yet today im inclined to play party poker over 888 and I HATE party poker, but there at least ill be able to cashout my winnings.


ps: could you let me know the official gambling commission responsible for 888 when playing from the european union? I want to file an official complaint. There are many commissions listed and its confusing as to where exactly to file for it

can you change the colour of satellites in the lobby? Having both special tournaments and satellites in the blue colour is quite confusing at times and makes it super cluttered

Not sure if I am a rookie when it comes to this but I satted into the 20k Mega Dozen this weekend but didn't realize I had to work. I went to unreg and it said that option was unavailable. Pokerstars and FTP always allowed unregistration in either a ticket or $T. Anyone else had this issue and if so is there a way to get a tourney ticket or $T. Don't really want to skip work to play in this. Rather just have my ticket for another day.
