This involves a lot of investment which 888 are probably reluctant do to. The alternative is to bleed it out until the site finally dies. Which won't be very long at the current rate.

Schedule is fine but if there s nothing that draws new players in it’s no surprise a site that aggressively buys market share and is present in tv and in live mtts is taking over. I’d be very sad to see 888 die as I kinda have gotten to like the site. Rly hope they do some revamping and marketing and take shares from stars soon!

Withered guarantees on all tournaments, making every tournament re-entry, re-buys completely death, destroying good structures, removing all Challenges, 0 software upgrades, 0 rake-back, 0 promotions, getting run over by Party, worst then Stars...

challenge needs faster structure. as is it simply takes too long for its prize pool

gg 888 for me. obviously as a company they dont see the value in investing heavily in their online poker product, which is fine. MTTs are the only format which is getting any sort of traffic from what i can see and i guess thats in part down to the complete lack of rewards, which doesnt attract enough regs to play cash/sng to get consistent traffic (might be wrong but its the impression i get from occasionally browsing the lobby.)

i guess a little extra mtt rake you get from having maybe 50% higher field sizes probably just isnt worth the money it requires them to invest to do so, especially now with party poker/ACR both having the '2nd option' lanes firmly held down.

The sngs don't get traffic because the rake is way too high. Anyone glancing nearly 10% juice on the $5 & $10 husngs or 11% on the 9 player would simply close the client and play elsewhere.

I only play MTTs on 888 and play HUSNGs elsewhere at 5% rake.

man they keep lowering gtd's, i wish they would just revamp the schedule and remove badly performing tournaments.

I looked at the tournaments between 5pm - 7pm uk time 6-8CET (peak time) with buy in's below $30. There are 13 tournaments between these times and 7 of them are turbo' s, some of which are overlaying. Maybe a part of the problem is you have too many low gtd tournaments, a better approach might be less tournaments but with bigger gtd's and a better variety, more 8-max and 6-max, less turbo's etc.

There is a mini lightning 6-max at 15.45CET, this always performs well but there are no low stakes 6 max later in the schedule? instead you have all these turbo's which perform much worse than this?

The 8-max tournaments always crush, yet there are now low stake 8-max freezeouts at peak time? only the 8-8-8 rebuys? Please add a $8.80 freezeout at peak time or change one of the badly peforming $5 deepstacks to an 8 max.

Another rebuy tournament at peak time would be nice, something like a $3r 2kgtd between 7pm-8pm CET.

Surely you have to make some changes instead of lowering gtd's and leaving the schedule how it currently is? Oh an once and for all please remove the satellites from the main lobby, its too messy.

I called 888 customer support today and asked regarding withdrawal fees. My bank account is in euros, they told me they will simply convert the amount at whatever the daily conversion rate is, no fees attached. That surprises me since i read there are fees for this, so I want to ask here to clarify: I do not get charged any conversion fees by 888 poker for withdrawing my dollar amount on 888 into euros on my bank account?

i looked at the "blue special" mtts with buy ins from $1-$12 and $22-55. There are many more non turbo mtts in the $22-$55 buy in range than in the $1-12s.

The swordfish and starfish series have buy in's of $22 and $30, each series have a deepstack and/or 8-max and a regular mtt all in the peak time schedule.

The lower stakes "catfish series" only has 1 deepstacks mtt at peak time and no 8-max tourney, the only regular $12 "catfish" is 04:00 CET, the others are all turbo's.

Regarding 6-max mtts, the only low stakes is the mini lightning at 15:45CET. The other is a $12 6-max turbo at 17:15CET which has performed terribly for ages now. There are 6-max mtts in the buy in ranges of $22-55, all perform well, but weirdly none of which are at peak time.

The only low stakes 8-max at peak time are the $8.80 8-8-8 mtts, these are rebuys, however i wouldn't exactly call $8 rebuy's low or micro stakes.

Basically, the low stakes schedule needs a total revamp imo, and nearly all of the mtts on the site with buy ins >$22 are "blue specials" and usually perform well, why is there so much less for low stakes?

fix the bet sliders , completely useless to have 1/2 2/3 3/4 pot raise options , change it to something like 2.1 2.25 2.5x or allow people to customize them like on literally every other poker site on the internet .

fix the timeout warning the amount of times i have unintentionally sat out without knowing on 888 is unreal

Should be the first priority in any future update. That you have to pay someone for a 3rd party app in order to move the bet slider in small blind increments and change the font size is ridiculous.

The client has a 'Default minimum bet' setting giving six different options from 1xbb to 6xbb. Just let us edit them. Who has 6x as a default minimum bet?

I just want to move the mouse wheel in small blind increments.

We have made a few changes/additions to our micro schedule:

1. Added mini daily challenge at 20:30 GMT. $5 re-entry starting with 2.5k gtd.

2. Added 1k gtd Turbo 8-8-8 at 4:00AM GMT.

3. The two was re-branded as mini starfish and gtd increased to 1.5k

4. The $5 5k gtd Turbo R&A at 19:00 was changed to normal speed R&A (10 mins) and re-branded as "R&A Blowfish".

Appreciate the changes rep, however, why can't there be a lower stakes "series" of its own? The swordfish and starfish series have many more types of mtts such as 8-max, deepstack etc, there isn't really mtts like this for <$12 stakes?

And please add more 6 max for lower stakes.

The 6pm $11 ko always seems to smash its gtd.You should start raising its gtd.Would probably end up being one of your best performing low stakes tournaments like the $11 brawl @ party.

$1500 Smokin' NLO8 - NEW! is played in PLO8 format? Why call it NLO8 in the name then?
