why was the 33 big fish cancelled today? i had 3x starting stack but only get refunded my buy in... you can´t just cancel tournies without stating a reason. Also are the lowered guarantees permanent? I noticed the 10k monsoon is now a 5k, 33 big fish 15k are now a 10k etc.

Unfortunately we had a server crash due to technical reasons so the tournaments that were on that specific server were cancelled. In that case in accordance to our house rules the prizepool is split between the remaining players. If you feel you are deserving of a different compensation please contact support.
Regarding the GTD reduction, it is not permanent and was indeed lowered due to the Champions league games. Tonight we will lower them as well and will be back to normal from Thursday.

It is good to see XL series back in May. However, I would like to suggest to start $33 mini and $5.5 micro main events at the same time as $250 Main Event (5pm GMT). In the previous series I had very deep run in $5.5 micro main and I busted 35th or something at 4pm cet. It was not very enjoyable experience. Slightly earlier start time would make structure of main event more reasonable.

I am not a high stakes player but $250 main event lasted for 16-17 hours. Is it normal to run high stakes tournaments for so long? Is this something that high stakes players want?

Why I cannot withdraw using Skrill anymore despite having option to deposit with it? I have other friends that have the same problem, even after depositing via Skrill they couldn't withdraw through the same method.

Regarding the Mini and Micro Mains, they start 30 minutes and 60 minutes after the Main Event but their structure is quicker. For different countries, different start times are better. In any case, for this series we cannot change it as there already are players registered but we will consider for next time.

Regarding the Main Event, it is the biggest tournament of the series so it has a slower structure. It should take up to approx 15 hours for the tournament to end.

For a series in the future, or maybe a rakeless promotion, consider adding a shootout tournament to the schedule. Fun for the recs and some variety for the pros.

Great software update for Mac OSX today.

First, you cannot even develop a software that has an "identified developer" so that I have to switch off security measures to install the software at all and then eventually it insta-crashes on startup and does not start again...GG.

What can I do - except playing poker somewhere else?

I have a few suggestions for the night schedule:

- $16.5 turbo 1500 gtd from 22:00 GMT should be moved 1 hour earlier , now that turbo fiesta is at the same hour and turbo swordfish was replaced by 22 pko. should also lower the min entrants.
- around 00-01 GMT there is not much to play : there used to be 3 $12 tournaments : super turbo catfish, 1000 gtd turbo, $12 turbo R/A, all got removed. bring back at least one of them. the $12 turbo R/A could be replaced by a $5 turbo R/A.
- the 1500 $5 R/A at 00:00 GMT needs some levels removed on the late stages , as it takes too long to finish right now.
- the $88 Late Great 8 4000 gtd at 00:00 GMT to be replaced by $109 Late Mega Deep 5000 gtd. Same number of players guaranteed ; the slightly bigger prizes would be more attractive and we can use $109 tickets.
- the $44 PKO at 01:00 GMT to be replaced by $55 Late Great 8 ,non pko , 3000 gtd
- the $22 late night starfish at 01:30 GMT to be replaced by $22 PKO.

The $55 will be much better as a non pko for such a small tournament and the $22 will get bigger numbers and will finish more reasonable with the fast pko structure.

What is happening with your RakeLESS promotion?

The first iteration of this was great

The second was something like the rake is off only if a certain guarantee is reached which sucks

Why don't you change it to RakeOFF; where you have a more consistent and continuous number of tournaments that have reduced rake as opposed to 100% rake free?

Since you are not reducing the rake completely you can offer these games more often like a few times per week, or maybe even one per day to attract customers

For example; Monday RakeOFF $14+$1... Tuesday RakeOFF $23+$2, Wednesday RakeOFF $4.75+$0.25

Can you change DeepStack Monsoon minimum entrants to 4 or at least 5 from 6? It is being cancelled all the time because of this.

could add a condition like ''guaranteed prizepool requires tournament to go to the end of late reg'' to make sure 3-4 guys dont just shove all in first hand and end the tourney .

How about implementing a "sitting out player"? - to shove all in and win you have to blind him out which takes ages, in which timeframe other players can join...

Please fix the new software so we can make tables smaller. I used to have up to 6 tables running on your site with the previous software, now i can only have up to 3. I would assume lot of multi tablers have the same issue and fixing this small problem will make the playing experience way more pleasant for us.

I have a few suggestions for the afternoon schedule from a latin america perspective:

- Now that there is no $16.5 turbo 1k at 16:00, put it in for
the 11f deep at 17:00 or it can be a $16.5 pko 1.5k 30k stack
we only have the one early morning or late in night nothing
in the middle, or 16.5f big fish turbo 2k 50k there
is no big fish turbo either like the hot games in pokerstars

- the 17:30 4ko can be replaced with a 11f pko 30k stack
we dont have any 11f pko only the one from 21:00

- the 30f deepstack 2k doesnt have many registration
a 22f 50k would make better numbers, everyone like deepstack
nowdays jeje


- maybe add 1 hyper at the 18:00-19:00 or 2r/5r hyper in the nighttime, no rebuy hyper in 888
