did anyone of you guys had the following problem:

i cashed out yesterday to skrill. Now i got an email that some money went to PayPal, i guess because of their withdrawal policy, the rest of the money is not yet anywhere but the cash out is also not avaiable in the client.

The problem is, that i think that they will try to send some amount of it to my credit card which i used once or twice to deposit at 888. I no longer have that credit card, i canceled the contract 2 Month ago.

What will happen if 888 tries to send the money to the credit card, which is no longer connected to me?

1) 888 what are your intentions for removing the plethora of re-entery games and replacing / merging them with bigger guarantees from Freezeouts and Rebuys?? You have so many $3 to $12 re-entry games between UK/Europe peak times that could easily be changed into bigger more fun tournaments either Freezeout or Rebuys. Specifically you should swap around the $5 Turbo Rebuy at 8.10pm with the $5 Slow Rebuy at 10pm because the $5 Special Rebuy you used to have at 7pm had a nice prize pool which did not overlay and the $5 Slow Rebuy at 10pm can finish pretty late for not-so-exciting top prizes.

2) Please sort out your filters - you added the "re-entry" tag but so many re-entry games are still showing even when you de-select it in the filters; i get so excited looking at some of your tournament and then realize they are re-entry.

WHat about bring againm the 27$ KO Turbo? Good structure, great playability and a nice complement to the mtt schedule

is anyone else unable to see any "regular" or "special" tournaments in 888? all of the mtt's that share players with wsop seem to be missing.. I am in NJ, if that changes anything.

how about putting more emphasis on Step Tickets and pushing a R/A MTT that offers multiple seats for the top places instead of a flat payout?

For testing, you may try a 0.1$ to 1$ RA with 1/1/2/3/5 Seats for the top 5 players or something like that. Give it 15 Seats gtd for starters?

some of your games miss the turbo in the name, which is important since you can't filter by only picking turbos (only to exclude them) and so you have to use the word filter in the 'all tournaments' tab

Please consider improvements in your micro schedule ($1-$3 buy-ins). Currently you have very good offering of $5 games (big fish, deepstacks, turbos). However, after $2 500gtd at 14:45uk there are no regular speed micros until $2.2 KO at 19:15uk. During this period the biggest micros are $1.5 r&a turbos (however, you can easily spend $6+ in them).

Some concrete suggestions how to fill this gap:
1.) Replace $3 400 turbo at 4pm uk with $3.3 3k Mini Swordfish (you can call it big fish as well).
2.) Add $2.2 2k at 5pm uk and/or $3.3 3k at 6pm uk (brand it Mini XXX or Big Fish).
3.) You biggest micro, $2.2 Mini Starfish at 19:30uk, starts at same time as $5.5 10k Big Fish. Suggestion would be to move $2.2 to 19:00uk to spread these games a bit.

P.S. Yesterday I played $5.5 big fish at 3pm uk, some turbos and satellites. However, I busted everything in two hours, closed the client and finished session earlier than expected. I would not have done it if you had decent micros at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm uk etc.

We have been pretty busy with some new projects, sorry for not responding for a while. We appreciate your ideas and suggestions.

Replaced the $5 turbo R&A with the $5 normal speed R&A.
We are aware of the filters issue and it should be resolved soon.

Once we implement PKO (~3 months) we will add a bunch of new PKO tournaments to the schedule.

Fixed.

This is a temporary prize structure, will be fixed to a more standard one soon.

1) Starting tomorrow we have replaced the $3 400 turbo with $3 1000 gtd mini swordfish.

2) Added $2.2 800 gtd 8-max mini starfish at 17:30 UK.

3) The $2.2 mini starfish at 19:30 UK was moved to 19:00 UK.

Why aren't reentries/rebuys considered unique entries when determining the payout structure?

Pretty non-standard to have like 4x min cashes paying 8-9% of the effective field relatively flatly. Clearly don't subscribe to Pokerstars "winning moments" for recs theory.
