Today contacted via live chat and no explanation why withdrawal reversed.
Advise - do it again and we'll know in 72 hours. Baffled.
Would have to look back but think this is in the works for 8-10 days now.

I guess most of the people are used to super long withdrawal times and customer support delay @ 888Poker already. Never an answer under 24 hrs and all withdrawals takes days (cancellation is immediate, of course).

Once 888 has acquired a customer, we want to make sure that they continue to enjoy their experience with 888. Factors behind this include personalised communications, a broad range of relevant bonuses, and the early identification of potentially “churning” players.

Hate to take over this thread this way, but this is ridiculous. I am now at attempt three for a withdrawal, April 10, April 15 and April 18. I still don't know why the second withdrawal was reversed, and the third is in progress now for 74 hours. I guess the good news is that it is still pending and not reversed.
I understand that poker is not 888 focus anymore but I actually do plenty of sport betting also.
If I find time tomorrow live chat again because email is simply non-functional. My last question (different topic) is also over 56 hours with no response also.

We are working on introducing PKO tournaments. I'll update once I have more news regarding the timeline.
Regarding GTD's - we are trying to keep them as they are atm and not lower anymore. We are working on a schedule revamp which should take place shortly after the XL. It's basically what you guys suggested: less tournaments, bigger GTDs, better and more organized satellites.
We think its going to be a great change so please bare with us for now.

The 88 1r1a is indeed performing pretty badly atm, if it doesn't improve in the next 2-3 weeks we will try a KO tournament.

Good news about new schedule, but please cap re entries on tournaments to 1-2 and shorter late reg on tournaments so that the worst stack you can buy in for is 10-20bb.

something I already mentioned about two years ago,
your „+“ icon next to the tournaments is just horribly missleading and I cant believe u are not changing this. When you go over the icon with you mouse it says „Rebuy/Addon“ when its simply a reentry and NOT a rebuy tournament.
You cant complain about overlays and terrible performing mtts when you dont change the most obvious mistakes. A lot of people who arent used to 888 simply wont play those as they dont want to play a 55 rebuy/addon for example.

also on the table it says „rebuy“

Hello. I addressed this issue in my previous post. Separate tag for Re-Entries should be available very soon. For now you can see in the newsbox whether its a Re-Entry ("2nd chance rebuys are available in case you lose all of your chips within late registration period") or R&A.

Please don't destroy your entire schedule like stars did in 2016.I certainly don't think there are too many tournaments .I don't know about micros ,but at midstakes+ -there are max 2 tournaments per hour ( $22+).Of course some new flagships would be great ,but there is nothing wrong with small field tournaments.I personally enjoy them ,and many others do, especially off peak when the traffic is lower. I am not a believer in tournament cannibalization.Not at this level anyway ( 2 tourneys per hour).I think the opposite:they help each other.

Same goes for PKO's.Don't transform everything into PKO when you introduce them.Rather make a new brand series like bounty builders on stars and bounty hunters on party. PKO are not great for small field tournaments anyway.

I also don't think it's very wise to make a new schedule at the beginning of summer ,it will probably not get the proper support.

The Thursday Cube buy-in is very big for a R&A. $22-$35 would be more affordable for many players.
I'm not sure a HS regular KO will perform very well right now ,the one in the XL Series doesn't. Maybe is better to introduce it as a PKO.

I agree with high price point. If it would be 1R1A $30 it would go on well with your satellites and I would personally take a shot it every Thursday. 168$ or 248$ is just too painful, 60$ or 90$ would be far more bearable.

Upside it's reliable any time, and I don't have the issues I had last couple weeks with Party or ACR. So let's just go for it.

does anybody else has no tables shown up in the lobby? Yesterday it worked fine as usual, but today there are no tables anywhere. Un/reinstalled the software, didn't fix the problem. Everything else like cashier etc. works, there are just no tables in the lobby in any game.

As part of our schedule revamp, we have made the following additions (GMT time):



The BIG Fish tournaments are going to run daily starting tomorrow. Each of them will have a 50-200 tickets GTD satellite running ~2 hours earlier.
Some tournaments that were running on the same time slot as the new BIG Fish tournies were removed to prevent cannibalizing.

We have changed the Thursday Cube to $30 Buyin with 7.5K GTD.

so I see that you now got a "2nd" icon replacing the "+" for re-entry games, but if you look (for example) in the big fish tab, you can see that the satellites have the "2nd" symbol with 3x reentry while the others have a "+" with 5 re-entries. Since none of these games are a rebuy, all symbols should be "2nd", no?

I was very excited because of the new adittions but why you removed the deepstack swordfish,the 12R catfish, the daily challenge, the 27$ turboko?? Its impossible to make a grind based on your room.

+1. I will give 30 1R1A a test though there's 0 other tournaments to play at current daily schedule during European evening.

I understand 12+r 8k overlayed quite much, but it would've been better to try lower it to 6k or 5k instead of outright removing it and/or support it with some extra satellites. 8k was ambitious guaranteed to start with.

Also 12+r turbo did do quite well with its 3k guaranteed, it just escapes me why that had to end too. It was fun until it lasted, but no reason to open 888 anymore outside of Thursdays with 0 over 5$ rebuys @ 888.

If nothing else could we at least get some rebuy satellites which offer tickets (no seats to some direct tournament, because not everyone likes to play them from a start). Like 12+r satellite to 215, 5+r sats to 109, 30+r sats to 1050 or so. Maybe even some 109+r satellite to WSOP Side event or so. They would also support other fledging tournaments well.
