When are we getting refunded?

Is it correct that you're listing Position/Players left with X amount of players left until the money? Because it's insanely confusing to me and that third one should be replaced with X amount of players cash.

Your assumption is correct and there is a tooltip when you run the cursor over those numbers.

"We ask that you please allow up to 5 business days for a reply" that's way too much
Imagine a fun player that was playing full bankroll on Sunday and cannot deposit anymore.

Anyway it's unacceptable that you don't realise that the structure of ur series events IS WAY WORSE than the one of your dailies deepstacks. Really hope u make some changes for ur next XL series otherwise I won't be playing them.

Why you dont have any PLO or PLO8 tournaments in your series?
Quite sure no overlays last series in this tournaments.

Please add more $5 and lower rebuys; these can replace so many of the re-entry BS that most players hate. They always surpass their guarantees and you are raking the rebuys and add ons so you will be increasing your revenue to boot

Why don't you change the $5 Rebuy starting at 10pm (slow) into a Turbo because it can often finish around 4am which is kind of late for such a relative small prize pool and then have the slow version moved back to like 9pm which is a full two hours after the $4000 Rebuy starting at 7pm

I think you can also add a few of the $1.5 Rebuy games durning peak ROW times

888 rep, how do you gain access to the 15,000 monthly elite freeroll?

How did 888 get so withered. Loads of overlay yesterday and the mega deep turbo is now 15k GTD! Not worth playing with such a small field in the middle of prime time.

Please lower the min entrants on the following tournaments :

- 2000 Deep Stack : 22:30 GMT
- 1500 Turbo : 23:00 GMT
- sat late night swordfish 5 seats : 23:02 GMT
- 1000 gtd. : 23:30 GMT
- 1500 R&A : 01:00 GMT
- 1000 R&A : 02:05 GMT

Because the lowered their gtd heading into WSOP 2017, and never fully restored or put much effort into improving.

They recently asked for feedback. But we havent seen any of those items we have asked for, for awhile... bet slider, synchronized breaks, secure(r) login, etc.

Now their tactic will probably be wait and see what Party does with their transformation and try to compete.

Even their niche games like CG push/fold are lacking players.

You need to become a "MVP" player. I just got this this week, but im not sure if this is a good sign lol. Iam not sure if u have to rake amount X$ to become one or be a net depositor. I raked 2k and become one, dont know if its only that fact.

U will get some benefits, the best beeing , imo, that your cashouts will get through < 24h, pretty nice. Before that they took forever with the cashouts. Also u will get some tournament tickets.

This 15k freeroll isnt that huge value. Prob will get the max entries, 2500, and then it will be roughly 1,5k for first, so nothing huge....

I dont get why they have this stupid 1k, 3k freerolls with 5gizilions players, would be much better to save that money for 1 big freeroll a month.
