You can set this up through Pokerstars software - which is how I do it. Just organise that many tables once when you are playing how you want it, then save it as a ''custom layout''. You can do it up to 24 tables (or maybe it's less) through observing cash tables - just get up as many as you can and and sort them how you want.
Probably best to get up that many cash tables and then start you session, organising the new tables as you play, so you can save a layout with more tables easily.
i basically do this... but using allsnap to quickly and easily pop tables in and out of the stacks. allsnap's free and it really soothes my obsession with keeping clean lines on my desktop
