Is this normal ROI? Is this normal ROI?

So I just recently came back to playing poker. I quit about 6 months ago or so, and haven't played since(used to play on a different network/site). After coming back i've had my fair share of good and bad days, as you can tell by my graph. Also I haven't run well at all the past 3 days(despite winning most of what I have in that time period). For instance, the nearly $400 I won was from a tournament where, 3 handed I had aces and was shoved on vs aj and he hit 4 card board flush with the ace of hearts to bust me. I also got aces I think at least 10 times this past sunday and I don't remember them holding once(although that could be wrong given most people tend to think they are running worse than they actually are).

Point is I don't know how much luck/skill contributed to my wins/roi. In any case, I have really poor BRM in general, and tend to buy in to tournaments way above the maximum amount I should be buying in for. Thankfully i'm up right now, but it often doesn't work out as much as it did recently. I'd add a caviot and say I have been a lot stricter than I think i've ever been with my BRM in the past few days, but take that with a grain of salt because I know I am still not even close to as disciplined as some people are(basically what I mean is I went from absolutely 0 BRM to 'some' BRM, starting to take it serious).

So is this normal ROI? I have read a handful of posts on various boards from google searching saying normal ROI is around >30% or a bit higher for most MTT players, and I don't think i'm on some "hot streak" or whatever(my ROI was still 50%+ before I even won my most recent +$370 or so), so am I just doing well? Is it because of how I manage bankroll?

I don't mean to brag, but it's not like I really have much of a way to gage whether or not i'm just playing good or not other than just a general sense(like if i'm up or down money). So that's why i'm curious.

A normal ROI is around -9% because there is rake.

Your sample of 245 mtts that includes vastly different buyins and field sizes is completely irrelevant and nothing can be concluded.

Play around with this tool some http://pokerdope.com/tournament-variance-calculator/ and realise that in practice variance is even larger than the theoretical numbers because buyins, field sizes, field strengths and how you perform on the day all vary.
