Mtts with non huge fields

Hi everyone
Live cash player here, looking to add some regular online mtts into the mix. Relatively successful in online mtts previously, although small sample size and no structure to schedule etc.
I am looking to play a schedule one or two days a week. Buy ins $22-$110. I am comfortable playing 8-10 tables.
My question is based around field size. I want to play tournaments with 200-500 players. Can anyone recommend the best sites/tournaments etc that I could look to incorporate into my schedule.
