Late Registration / Pre-Registration WSOP

My question is pretty straightforward but it's two parts and concerns the WSOP only.
If an event provide for late registration through 6 levels, when you buy in at level 5 do you get a full stack (I'm assuming yes).
Part 2: if you registered online for a tournament, but don't show up until Level 5 do you get a full stack or were you blinded off?

AFAIK you always get a full stack when you get seated. Doesn't matter if you late reg or reg online.
