In the few WSOPc events played, I have min cashed, won a cME seat via large 90 person satellite, along with a couple bubble bust outs.

Enough to give me confidence to take an occasional shot on the WSOPc

Watching DNegs vlog is dizzying and an obvious grind.

A few guys I remember and follow, Kao Saechao and Ory Hen are consistently cashing in big and small events.

Then there is Chris Ferguson cashing an obnoxious number of times.

Multiple rebuys?
Grinding the circuit until a big score?
Nitty poker?

Aside from solid poker skills, just wondering what is the secret sauce to the strategy they employ?

There's no magic potion. Some successful players who cash a lot are LAGs (think Maurice Hawkins or Ari Engel), while others are on a tighter side. Find your style and perfect it or better yet learn to switch gears depending on your table/tournament situation.

One key feature among the circuit point leaders is that they play a lot of events. When they arrive on a given stop, they will typically play most of the events, maybe 9-10 out of 12, only missing a couple when they make a deep run in the previous day's event. You see 3 cashes on a single circuit stop, but you do not take into account that this is out of 10 events and 16 total buy-ins. But this is the way to go for those that play tournaments seriously/for a living. That way they can spread over their fixed costs, like lodging, transportation, etc... over a larger number of events.
