Recently I played on GG Poker 10.50$ bounty mtt and ended 2nd from about 1000 players. Before that I have deposited I think 2 maybe 3 times on that site,smaller amounts. I wanted to withdraw almost the whole amount that Ive won but after requesting it 2 times, both of them declined. After asking for explanation they wrote me this and I just could not believe it.

Deposit record?? wtf??. Are they saying here that I have to be a losing player with bunch of deposits so I can withdraw my money??. Proper game-play record?? What is that supposed to mean. I have not cheated, I did not deposit and than tried to withdraw immediately here, I am just trying to withdraw earned money.
For the deposit I have used bank transfer method and for withdrawal that option was not listed, thats why I chosed Neteller....This whole stuff is really weird for me, I feel like I am gettin accused for something that I havent done. Does anyone else had similar problems?
I think they are asking you to deposit the minimum through netteller so you can withdraw with netteller (not 100% sure though). The way they wrote it is really confusing.
I think they are saying that I need to do a more than one deposit through Neteller so I would be able to withdraw. I mean,that is not a big of a deal but the reason why I have to do it, is really weird to me. Just this.Anything more than that is childish interpretation. Deposit 10eur or w/e the min is with whatever wallet you want to use and withdraw there. Alternatively you can do like 99.9% of the people playing on GG who avoid the huge 5% cashout fee and just transfer/swap the funds.
They want you to deposit with Neteller so they know for sure that the withdrawal will go to the correct person/account. It makes it very easy for them to have the correct Neteller info attached to your GG account, that's why they only require the minimum.
@bumpnrun, no, I have already made deposits and now I have made another as they wished but they wrote me again that I need to make 2 more...thats just ridiculous...
This does not happen in GG Poker only, I believe most poker rooms. I work in financial industry and most investment platform did the exact same thing for whatever reason. Just deposit minimum even USD 1 works if a platform allow and withdraw it back. Nothing special.
