I've been to many live tournaments, but going to my first ever multi day tournament in April. Any advice for that? How different is it to single day tournaments? Also, there are 3 first days (1a, 1b and 1c) what day would you recommend I go?

If it's re-entries in day 1s then there will probably be a bit of punting, probably more punting on day1A, so if you like that you can play 1A, maybe receive some nice punts and build a stack

If it doesn't work (bustout and/or BRM issue etc) then revert back to what Sect7G said and go for 1C
