here's a clue, google how many prosecutions there have been for sex between 14/15/16/17 yr olds and divide it up by how many teenagers in a country of 65 million are having sex

well I've had kids. and I think that EPL screwed up here. They are using vigilante justice to discriminatingly police participants according to moving standards. ex: Why did Chad Batista get to compete in the pro-am?

In terms of holding the EPL to account for a terrible decision, it doesn't matter. In terms of whether this guy has my sympathy, it does. Sounds like I don't care too much what happens to this guy.

Edit. The fact that there's a list of sexual offenders that includes violent child molesters, as well as public urinaters is beyond absurd. The fact that these lists are public is outrageous.
