Bully the **** out of him, take his money take his life. This is very simple, anyone who hurts children does not deserve to live. And if it were the latter thats what papers are for, hence why thats the first thing you have in hand when you go to prison.......

You guys are all ****ed up in the head and this should be a thread applauding epl for kicking a child molester who owns a kiddie business. ffs

Both cases resulted in convictions.
Only the first case resulted in a conviction.

Not really "tainted" but certainly biased. Which is not a bad thing, we all have biases.

What planet are you from? I'm not a supporter of this guy but in no way should he have his right to life and equal treatment in a poker tournament stripped away from him after he has been incarcerated and served his full sentence.

worked in child protection for 15 years

here's a clue, google how many prosecutions there have been for sex between 14/15/16/17 yr olds and divide it up by how many teenagers in a country of 65 million are having sex

let me know once you're done

yah, neither of the 4 age groups you listed are adults, obviously kids have ublawful but consensual sex is different but csb

tt said in which the age difference between the two people involved makes a difference in the degree of crime, not the age of the perp

/derail..keep the kids safe, gl etc

if the age difference is not significant it is not usually treated as a sexual offence, or a crime at all

which I think is what TT was saying?

if I misread, my bad

well I've had kids. and I think that EPL screwed up here. They are using vigilante justice to discriminatingly police participants according to moving standards. ex: Why did Chad Batista get to compete in the pro-am?

In terms of holding the EPL to account for a terrible decision, it doesn't matter. In terms of whether this guy has my sympathy, it does. Sounds like I don't care too much what happens to this guy.

Edit. The fact that there's a list of sexual offenders that includes violent child molesters, as well as public urinaters is beyond absurd. The fact that these lists are public is outrageous.

In the US the lists are public due to Megan's Law.

Also why is it beyond absurd to "out" sex offenders? Yeah the public urination thing is obv.

The charges in those documents are way too vague to be of any help. Only a tiny minority of the people on the sex offender list are actually dangerous predators and the rest are on the list, often times for life, for crimes that can be as minor as teenagers having sex with other teenagers, prostitution, or urinating in public. At least it's reassuring that most of this thread is able to look past all the hysteria.
We should have zero sympathy towards him if he were to get shot in the head. By too vague do u mean that he was convicted once and had 2 other charges, one of which was dropped cuz the poor kid didn't want to testify. Obv EPL ****ed up but come on, your acting like u'd let him baby sit ur nieces and nephews.
