We'll like to clarify that your account was suspended due to the fact you make a comment on missing funds. We told you before, we are a very serious company and this is part of our security protocol.

We are sorry but we are just not going to refer any further to “the disappearance claim”. The reason for this is because:

Funds just doesn’t disappear from an account they are either lost at games or withdrawn
When funds are missed from an account the owner contacts us right away. Player notice a discrepancy on his/her balance since the last time he/she accessed the account . The formal complaint is placed and the full investigation is made right away. Questions such as when , where and how are answered at that very moment.
Your argument is based on a discrepancy over Sharkscope on a 4 months period, not because you notice a different account balance.
There are no complaints on records about missing funds during the months in question.
It’s been over 4 years from the moment in time you are talking about.
We had no relation whatsoever to Ultimate Bet. There have never been SuperUser accounts in PokerStars.

We are on September 2018 and if, you would like to play again, the “the disappearance claim” ends now and you will not refer to it any more. You will keep an accurate daily balance sheet and you will contact us the moment you notice a discrepancy.

im als not connecting random dots... on april 15 a pop up saying beam your screan could not be updatd... a few months later i helped a girl out who had operation who i stayed with in vegas and she let it slip about xxxxx and how he was scamming a bunc of poker players with a program called beam your screan... this is how my dots got connected eventually i figured out why sharkscope would not show 50k in funds that were unaccouted for... i took a lucky guess and asked about these 100 rebuy satties to 10k live events which were in euro and i seenxxxxxxand some of his freinds playing them when there was absultly no dead money in the prizepool meaning they were very well hidden and no fsh in the games... i know these players they are advantage players they aren ot going to grind that aginst each other unless there is some type of fix in and i found out the fix they use regs accounts that they tagged for hacking to drop there buyins into this style sattelite in addition to stealing hole cardinfo and sharing it amongst all of there friends... i know you are going to se when this is all said and done and we have all the name involved which i pretty much have a good idea your goig to see tons of transfers back and forth between them and then you will alo see they purposely regged together in these high variance one seat sattelites which they would split the profit later. they essentially used these rebuy satties for a 10k seat to empty the fuds of only 1 or 2 players since it wasnt trcked nobody would know they put 10 rebuys into one tourney and for them it doesnt matter who wins the seat as long as one of them wins it its all profit for them


ok i appeciate you wanting to clear this up for me.... but cn you please look from january 1st 2011 to april 15 2011 cust concentrate on these 4 months and look specifically at games that would not show up on sharkscope or an of the tracking sites. this is where the money disapeared from. im not making this up. ithappened ok... you sent me the hand history and i seen all of the hnda in euro... i never played any euro before and i never played for any live event satterlites before... i believe this is where the problems came in. in january 1 i had about 120k in my account by april 15 i had 15k< and i understand your not responsible for any other sites... im only concerned about pokerstars 99.9 percent of my play was here only... i dhad cash blocked and sitngos blocked so where did 120k go



We appreciate your the information you have shared and we understand what you went through , however at no point it was related to our company or service. We had no relation to Ultimate Bet and our group bought Full Tilt Poker several years later than the moment you described).

After the adquisition of Full Tilt Poker, all customer were contacted and informed how to get their balances if they wanted to or regain control of their accounts. All USA player were granted and extended time period to get in touch with the DOJ and reclaim their funds, these period has already expired and no funds can be claimed at this moment.



At last on February 8th 2013, you were informed that your request for a new userID change was denied after you stated: “I feel that i was targeted in an attempt to learn my play and view sensitive information
by some nefarious characters in the poker world”. However, at no point, you made a formal complaint or requested a full investigation to be made against any player,group or a possible unauthorized access to your account.

From the moment you returned after Black Friday up to that moment, there is not a single Hack or Collusion complain registered. In fact, there are no hack investigations at all or and you complained once about two players only. No money has just “disappeared from your account”, you have either cashed it out or lost it at tables.

With all this been said, this matter is concluded from our side as there is nothing else we can do for you. Never the less, keep in mind you are always welcome to contact us in regards any unusual activity you might find in your account.

before we close the books and put this all behind us which i know your dying to do ... i ask for one thing one thing..... take the date of black friday and now i want you to research my account from the peak of about 120k dollars which i had physically at one time it was between 110k and 120k and from that date which i believe was somewhere in december and within 4 or 5 months all of it disapeared.. now i can count how much i withdrew either by trade or by bank and i know how much i lost in mtts as i never touched cash games or sitngos which you should clearly see this... please tell me where the funds were lost because ih ad all my records of play i searched it and there is a 50 to 75k deficit missing funds... i cant make it more simpler then this for you without going into vast details on therories on what i think happend... just locate the source of where close to 100k disapeared in matter of 5 months time or less when all i have record for is a downswing of 40k where did the other 80k disapear to this is what i want to know.

did my account get opened back up.. or am i shut down after working and playing what 100k tournants and 5 yaer period where i gave my life to your site...i played pokerstars exclusively as i never trusted full tilt as there were local poker games in my town with group of cash game players always trying to recruit players to cheat and share card information. if you look at my history you will see ive never played too muchcash games and blocked my cashgame access for fear of being cheated... mtts seemed the safest.... but you dont ever address what isay. i could walk you thru the entire story expecally the times when there was rogue ex employees making a mess of regula customers.. rememberxxxxxx you prbablythink he commited suicide..nope he caught on to the millions he was robed in equity from both online sites... they poisoned him to keep him from digging up the info and finding out the truth... i was not alone in this mess.. i was one of hundreds of victims.. i can tell you how they found there victims and i can tell you themajor players who were involved... i tried to tell you all this 7 years ago but you never cared.. i think it was due to owners trying to sell. and let me tell yousomething the owner sold t the tm they did because they kne theship was sinking.. they knew that the eco systme couldnt survive with organized teams working the mtts togethr



this is ridiculous that you refuse to tell me where 40-60k disappeared you say i never complained about it yet i must of complained dozen or more times. you can easily show me how it was lost and sharkscope is not what tipped me off its what i can show you with the other handhistory dated 12/31/1969 and euro signs, im not equipped with the info you have, of course i recognized the missing funds the very same year it happened i have been complaining every year about it and im sure i can dig up my old email accounts and recALL EVERY EMAIL I SENT. I CERTAINLY REMEMBER EACH AND EVERY TIME BEING STONEWALLED and reported it the very first time after my trip to vegas during the summer after black friday. the fact you are cxlaiming anything about ultimate bet scares me as this was only said because i am still waiting to be made hole. why do youthink time erases what was done to me cause every day i wake up i can feel the damage caused and the drs and authorities would probably need to know about this new information regardingmy case. which you like to see me medical records because even i am shocked each time i see it. i would love to put this behind me as soon as you can show me what way i lost the funds. ive done a spreadsheet for every mtt played with all of my withdrawlks and i come up with 40-60k discrepency. the people who did this have also poisoned me and i can show you millions of dollars in medical bills. at the time the doctors and myself were bewildered at how this damage could of been caused at the end of the day it was chalked up to an accident but now im more sure that there qwas no accident and i was clearly medicated to control mewhich in the end burned a hole in my intestines. you think im lying about anything isaid well im not and now i think its time to readdress the crimes against me. i had no reason to believe why someone wanted to harm me. now its clear it was over money. this is turning a 5 dollar problem into a million dollar problem. i just want to know where it disappeared to. if you cant tell me other then i l;ost it then it tells me you are concealing something. i understand that if i was hacked its my responsibility but you wont show me that. why?
