This might be a silly question but I guess what I don't understand is, if you enjoy drinking and gambling both, why do you have to do them at the same time? To achieve that super enjoyable state? Why don't you just go drink on a patio with friends, then sober up and start gambling, if being sober helps control the level of it?

Like if I like chocolate and I also like cheetos, I could eat one for breakfast and the other one for lunch and that'd be a nice day. That's not how it works?

Even in a gambling sense, I play the craps machine sometimes b/c the tables are loud and intimidating and I like betting 12 and 11. They are totally sucker bet but I like it when I hit, so I bet it. But I don't have to bet both at the same time. Or should I say, betting both doesn't make me happier than betting one. If that makes sense.

Dooodddddd... why you always do the lines when you're drunk? Just sober up and do the lines in the morning, yo!

180k is nothing. Think. Matusow played on stars at one point. If you're losing playing high-stakes, play high-stakes PLO. I keep hearing about how good those 25/50$ guys are on stars. I lose with KK in PLO 9 of 10, but they're playing it like NLHE. I'd love them to play KK vs. me like it's an actual hand without the k. LOL. the questions in the plo forum are like, you get into those situations all the ****ing time. Then they're on reddit like RAN 800 INTO 5K. **** me. i need to stop drinking and 2+2ing. lmao

Happy to jump back in here and see a green dot next to your name. Read the entire thread. Only question I currently have is, "Have you cut down on or quit drinking?"

A couple of your comments let me know we've had some similar drinking problems (and, likely, height/weight similarities).

My personal drinking habits are under control compared to what they used to be. Feel free to PM me if you'd like to chat. I know from first hand experience that most humans don't really drink that much unless there's other things going on. Glad to see you're still alive.
